The building is equipped with modern amenities and is secured by guards and CCTVs. There are plenty of green areas and open spaces
Things need improvement
If your flat is on a lower floor, you might experience an awful smell from the mangrove nearby. Additionally, the construction quality could be improved

Bus stand ,auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the Society.All the modern amenities are present in the society.Society has good security and top notch cleaniness in the society.Allocated parking for the owners.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is not at walkable distance from the society.Society can improve its maintenance system in the society.

The facilities are excellent, and the flats have a nice layout. The purchasing process is smooth, and service staff can be accessed through an app.

The lifts break down frequently, and dealing with the maintenance team can be frustrating. Additionally, the building hasn't been handed over to the society yet

Well-maintained and offers all the necessary facilities. There's a playground for children, a 24/7 open gym, reliable security, and abundant greenery. The society also benefits from Gang water supply, and the construction material used is of high quality. Overall, it's a perfect place to live.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not great. Some neighbors can be unfriendly, and stray dogs occasionally wander in. Also, the maintenance charges are quite high, which might be tough for some residents to manage.

what you do when you come across something so beautiful that you cannot resist than to have it? this is excatly what i found out when i forst visited the construction site with my family. i am in love with the construction qulaity the designs and mainly the promises that they have made to us. Gonna make this my future home.

If someone would have told me years ago that investing in a housing project is a great deal, i would have denied doing it, but this project changed my mind with its best amenities and perfectly sculpted infrastructure. I am happy to announce it as my future home and i am very much sure my wife and kids will be so happy to live here.

Never through i would ever say this but i got my hands on this perfectly brewing project and it was the best day of my life. I invested in this after getting a thorough check on the property with the delaers and the owners, finding out all the needed information. After which i am happy with all the procedings. I am looking forward for the project to end soon.
