Malls and restaurants,schools,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.high security system and proper garbage collection system has been provided in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues.Spacious parking for the resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities are present but the problem is its not functional since years now so that can be improve.

All the amenities of the society are very top class. the maintenance of the society is very much perfect since there are no water , power cut or hygiene issue.market and mall nearby
Things need improvement
As of now there is no metro available. bus stand is not nearby the society. there are good amenities present in the society but, since covid lockdown all amenities are not open to use till now. after 7pm it is very tough to get any auto rikshaw accessible from the society, we need to wait atlest for 10mins for that.

Former resident. market area nearby , garden of the society is plus point only.
Things need improvement
No local transport available near to the society. auto rickshaw use to charge 30rs per person. society committee is worst. Maintenance charges are also high. people are not at all cooperative. there are very bad rules and regulation they charge too many penalties from the residents.

Society has good connectivity local transport,public transport easy to approach through the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.alloated parking space for owners and visitors.

Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only.Water supply issues are there in the society which should be resolved.

Things need improvement
There have been instances where the lift in the building encountered errors. The resident has requested the secretary to address and repair the issue promptly. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Connectivity of the society regarding the local transport facilities and essentials were really good.All the modern amenities were there in the society like swimmig pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society.Society was neat clean and hygenic ,time to time garbage collection is done in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is 2.5 km away from the society.bus stand is also far away from the society.Construction quality of the apartment is just average ,material used was of poor quality,there was seepage issues in the apartment.

Additionally, the presence of a garage on the first floor contributes to a less-than-ideal environment with dirt and odors. Situated by the highway, the society encounters issues with random individuals gathering in the vicinity, causing discomfort to residents. Society members live in unity, and prices are affordable for the public. There is a well-maintained clubhouse, and the amenities provided are excellent.

The rooms are relatively small, and the open balcony may be unsafe for children.

The water supply here is irregular, and you might face a situation where you need to buy drinking water. The bore well provided is sufficient for flushing purposes but not for bathing, which can cause rashes and allergies.

A significant disappointment lies in the management of the gym and Clubhouse, as it is not overseen by the society. This ongoing dispute has persisted for over two years, resulting in individuals being restricted from accessing the Clubhouse facilities.

High security system in the society ,without figerprint nobody can enter the society.All the areas are covered with cctv,Schools and hopitals are at walkable distance from the society.Crowd of the people is good and friendly.
