अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The water and electricity supply in the society is good. The maintenance of the society is also good, and there are no issues with electricity. The people are also nice. Market area, chemist etc are available at the door step. People are very friendly and educated here and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Cabs and auto-rickshaws are only available online, so it's helpful to have your own transportation. We have to rely on online services. There is a liitle issue of seepage/seelan issue.

If there's any issue in the society, like seepage, the management promptly resolves it. There's a power backup, and there are no problems with water supply. The location is excellent, with a market just outside the society, and other facilities are also nearby. The roads are well-maintained and in good condition. The people in the society are friendly, and security is good. Late at night, cab facilities are available outside the society
Things need improvement
There are no amenities within the society such as a gym, pool, clubhouse, or park. For the gym, one needs to go outside the society. There are quite a few tenants in the society, but any issues regarding late-night comings and goings are usually resolved through communication.

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained as it is a PG. Regular garbage collection is done on time. There is a lift in the building which functions properly. CCTV cameras are present all over thee society and all are functional. Just outside the society the public transportations are easily available which makes the connectivity very smooth. The society has also got markets areas which are nearby the society. I mostly travel at night and the area is safe as I share transports with other people as well. My building is pretty good in terms of constructional quality. Water supply and electricity are always available. People are amazing and frindly in the society, the social life is amazing.
Things need improvement
But sometimes at night it might be a little intimidating to walk alone outside the society. There are no amenities available as this area is mostly comprises of PG.

The locality of the society is a plus point. It creates good environment in the society.

There is a major issue of cleanliness in the society. People throw garbage everywhere in the society

Connectivity is very good, like nearby markets, malls,hospitals are available. Location is good.

Maintenance issue, water heater issue, wall crack issue, no paint.leakage.dirty.
