अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drainage system is good. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. People are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
A bit of noise pollution happens as the society is on the main road and Metro station is nearby. Windows are not sound proof. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids were not available that time in the society. cultural events and festivals were not celebrated that time in the society.

This society was just opposite to the railway station so the connectivity was not a concern.At that peiodof time this was new constructed building and there was no issues regarding anything.Society was safe and secure and cleaniness was also maintained properly.
Things need improvement
Amenities were the major drawaback of the society because as far as i lived,there was zero amenities available in the society. NO gym pool, etc.

People in the neighborhood are very sweet and they celebrate all the events together with great zeal. Guards of the society are very attentive and even at night they were super awake and looked after the society pretty well. The locality is very easily accessible as its mainly on the road and no issue with public tranportation or markets
Things need improvement
Due to BMC work in the locality, there is an issue with the inbuilt pipes and roads. Due to pipes issue, there is also a water issue for the people residing in the society. Other than the water issues, there is nothing in the society that needs to be improved.

Locality of the apartment is top notch like metro and local railway station is just 150 meters away from the society.Build quality was great,there are no leakage and seepage issues in the society.All the modern amenities were present inthe society like swimming pool,kids play area,gym and even thoughclub house.
Things need improvement
Society should improve its maintenance facilities in regards with the amenities and the security system in the society can be improve.

Connectivity was really good like you can get auto,taxi,cabs just in front of the gate.Local station and bus stand was also there near by the society.Construction quality was good as this was newly construction so as such no issues.high security system in the society and cleaniness was also good in the society.
Things need improvement
The problem there is lots of bachelor's are staying there in groups of 4 or 5 or in single flats so beacause of that tenants were not allowed to use any of the amenities in the society though there was no swimming pool in the society even though we were charged extra too rather than rent and maintenance ,parking was also not allowed to use .Very few family resident were there most of the residents were bachelor's there so lots of smoking ,drinking and party around the society so that was not at all peaceful place to live in.

The transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. The quality of buildings was good with no seepage and leakage issues, making the construction good. The terrace and garden was provided. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. The parking lot was provided.
Things need improvement
There were water supply or logging issues Being faced in the society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. The people living nearby were not very friendly in nature.
