अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Society was located on main road so everything was just available near by the society.There was railway station and bus stop near by the society.Rooms were quite spacious and well designed attached with balcony.Society was very well maintained,neat ,clean and hygenic environment.
Things need improvement
Construction quality has became older and there are leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.There are zero amenities available near in the society except parking area.

There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Build quality is great as there are no issues regarding seepage and leakage in the society.Parking area is spacious and allocated for owners and visitors.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house ,gym,kids play area,football turf,basketball turf etc.Safety was priority so during nights all the lights were on and cctv are also available.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up is available for common light and lift.Railway station is 5km away from the society though bus facilities are accessible easily.

There is schools and hospitals near by the society even though there are mall and restaurants near by the society,local transport is eay to approach as well.All the modern amentiies are there in the society and eveything is fully functional and well mainatined.Good security system in the society,cleaniness is also great in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is not that great like there are issues regarding seepage in the society rather than this eveything is good in this society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society, it's at a 5mins of walkable distance. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available and functional in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is average, sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments but those are very minimal.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Spacious balcony is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Roads are good outside the society. The society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The highway is a bit distant from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away. Additionally, there are traffic issues outside the society during school hours.

Connectivity of the society is good as auto cabs are easy t approach near by and even local railway station is near by the society.Construction quality is good and well in the society as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the apartment.Crowd of the people is good and friendly and no discrimination between owner and tenant.
Things need improvement
There are no amneities in the society and only owners has the allocated parking in the society.Poor security system in the society and cleaning is not done time to time in the society.

The project is being built by a reputed builder and developer Mahaveer Group. Well-planned flats and infrastructure with lots of greenery keep this project on top as compared to the others in the same location. The flats have a well-designed ventilation system that allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The availability of several colleges and schools further makes it easier for parents who are looking for quality education for their kids without having any safety concerns.

The location of Mahaavir Heritage is ideal for me to connect with my workplace. School, banks, ATMs, etc are close. The apartment is also very spacious. I am happy with my purchase.

The biggest issue of Mahaavir Heritage is its water crisis. It gets better sometimes but again hits right back. Apart from this problem, everything is fine. The facilities are good.

My family always wanted a good apartment with ample space in Navi Mumbai. Mahaavir Heritage has given us the best option. Facilities here are perfectly managed. I am happy with my decision.
