Positives: Probably one of the best complexes in Mumbai to stay in with wonderful views and hospitality that gives you peace of mind. Great sports facilities as well.
Things need improvement
Negatives: During the monsoon, particularly on rainy days, there is significant wind noise due to the height of the buildings. Additionally, the rent is extremely high.

Positives: Society is located in a good place, easy to access from the main highway, and communication for modes of transportation is convenient. Secured with good security, comfortable environment, and surrounded by good people around you.
Things need improvement
Negatives: Sometimes nearby places suffer from waterlogging, making communication difficult during those times. Children find it difficult to access the road due to traffic moving on the road.

The clubhouse is great with well-maintained and decorated spaces for various events. It offers some of the best interiors in Mumbai at a decent price. Located in a posh area in Lower Parel, it offers all kinds of recreational facilities including space for Christmas parties, kids' events, marriage halls, and different sports. It's a complete package and has attracted many celebrities who have bought homes there. It feels like a paradise.
Things need improvement
Some drawbacks include significant wind noise during the monsoon due to the building height, along with extremely high rent. Additionally, there are issues with parking vehicles, including extra charges. Nearby areas may experience waterlogging during heavy rains, making communication difficult. Children may find it challenging to access the road due to heavy traffic.

Fantastic amenities are provided, for example a fitness centre, a playground for children, a swimming pool, a hall, a skating area, a basketball court and a range of indoor and outdoor activities. Please book this place as soon as you can.

Each aspect of this project speak luxury and is worth and investment for long term. Shopping and other commercial areas are also located in close proximity to the project.

Key amenities offered include a gymnasium, club house, and swimming pool, maintenance services, playing zones for kids, indoor game facilities, recreational facilities and broadband internet connectivity. I am currently living in this apartment. It is most luxurious project in Mumbai

Had a chance to stay there in my friend's apartment. It was truly a 5*+ experience. Though the apartments cost a bomb but compared to the living experience it offers, I strongly feel it's worth every penny. Wish i had enough money so i can buy a property here.

These 3 towers are spread in 17 acre land near by Kamala Mills compound. Feels like it's a different World once we enter in the premise. All towers has huge parking area and very difficult to find the way for a new comer, just imagine the size of building. Its World class luxurious residential apartment and focusing only for super class people.

There is a shopping mall nearby at walking distance, and there are lots of grocery stores, gift stores, and affordable eateries. Lodha World One is perfect for families like ours who want luxury and easy lifestyle to stay.
