Good things here

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

It's a family-friendly society with gated access, ensuring safety for kids to play. The modern gym, well-maintained swimming pool, tennis court, and box cricket add to the amenities. The neighbors are friendly, and festivals are celebrated together. Importantly, there is no discrimination based on any criteria.

Things need improvement

Seepage issues are causing wall plaster to fall off, and there's limited visitor parking with only 10 spaces available. While the metro is not currently available, it's expected to improve commutes once operational. Ongoing constructions near the complex have led to increased noise pollution.

The neighbours were helpful. All the events and festivals are celebrated. No issues of seepage or leakage were faced by the resident. CCTV cameras were installed.
