I like the connecticvity of the society to the main road as i use a personal vehical for coomute.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the building is poot, their are seepage and water leekage issue very often. the societie's maintenance team is not that good for instence the swimming pool of the society is never maintained. all the plumbing lines are of very bad quality.

The society's major advantage lies in its excellent connectivity to a nearby main road, facilitating easy access to buses and cabs. Nearby schools and hospitals enhance convenience. Residents are friendly, and the well-maintained community offers amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and ample parking. Water issues are non-existent, and community events and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
High pollution and noise levels are prevalent due to the proximity of the main road. The rooms are congested, and there are parking-related issues, along with problems of leakages in this society.

The construction quality is very good, and there are no issues in the society.Amenities such as a swimming pool and a playground are available and maintaining well. .
Things need improvement
Roads are very bad infront of the society is inconvienent to drive during rains. Maintainace should be improve like lift is getting repairs that is inconvienet for residents.

In this community, all shops, the salon, and vegetable vendors are located within, eliminating the need to go outside, and there are also separate games organized for each age group on weekends.
Things need improvement
The primary issue in our community is the substantial traffic when crossing the road outside the society, along with the disturbing noise from nearby garbage areas.

Maintenance is impeccable, with no issues regarding water, power cuts, garbage collection, or leakages. Residents enjoy facilities like the swimming pool, gym, walking area, and table tennis. They are also friendly and helpful, celebrating festivals like Dussera, Sankranti, Holi, and Diwali in a pollution-free environment.
Things need improvement
There is a slight traffic congestion outside the society, causing minor delays and disruptions, indicating a need for measures to alleviate congestion and ensure smoother traffic flow in the area.

The society consists of only two towers with a limited number of flats, and it is conveniently connected to the nearby metro station.
Things need improvement
The main issues in this society's location include an unpleasant smell from the nearby drainage system, mediocre construction quality, and poorly done paintwork on the buildings.

This society consists of two towers, each comprising 16 floors. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation including bus stops and a nearby metro station within walking distance. Weekly vegetable and fruit vendors visit the society, eliminating the need for residents to venture outside for these necessities. Maintenance services are commendable, with regular garbage collection, cleaning, and a reliable water supply. The society has impressive amenities such as a party hall, children's play areas, ample parking, and excellent power backup options. Festivals are celebrated vibrantly, with enthusiastic participation from all residents.
Things need improvement
There is partiality between residents of Tower 1 and Tower 2 due to the association's poor actions. Only one Tower had pigeon nets installed. Additionally, there are no vegetable or fruit shops nearby the society. There are some leakage problems in some flats and the ventilation is also not great.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. If we book our cabs, they will be available on the main road as well as in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good; facilities like water supply are available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Public transportation like buses are available on nearby main roads, with a bus stand also available in the society. Hospitals are within 1/2 km from the society for emergencies. Parking areas are very spacious in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society; there are some seepage issues. There are cracks on the walls of the buildings. Traffic issues are also inconvenient, especially during nights. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society.
