The people in the society are very nice. The gated community is very secure with guards and cameras around. The community is very well maintained with neatness and cleaniness.Schools & Hospitals are very near to the society.
Things need improvement
Cabs and autos are not available nearby. The construction quality is not good, there are several seepage issues in the bedroom and bathroom walls even after multiple fixing it keeps occuring.

The railway station is very close to the society, within 2 kms. Cabs and autos are easily available inside the society. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, toddler pool, badminton court, and skating ring are available. Power backup is also available.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the society walls are having cracks, no regular painting is done. Cleaning should be improved in the society. Roads around are in very bad condition.

Moreover, the society maintains excellent amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, and gyms, providing opportunities for leisure and recreation. All of these features come with reasonable maintenance charges, enhancing the overall quality of life within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is subpar, evident by numerous seepage issues plaguing the bathrooms. Despite being completed five years ago, the buildings appear aged, with cracks in the walls and weak windows that allow water ingress during rainfall. Furthermore, ongoing metro construction exacerbates the situation. Accessibility to hospitals for emergencies is also inconvenient, as they are located approximately five kilometers away from the society. These shortcomings significantly detract from the overall appeal and livability of the society.

Additionally, the security measures are commendable, ensuring safety during nighttime. The proximity of offices is advantageous for residents. Furthermore, with four schools located in front of the society, the Venamamala School stands out for its excellent reputation.
Things need improvement
The metro station is located quite far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away, posing a challenge for residents in terms of commuting. Moreover, the maintenance charges are relatively expensive, adding to the financial burden of residents. Additionally, pollution is prevalent in the vicinity of the society, further detracting from the overall quality of living.
