Basement parking available hai. Security guards rehta hai neeche, security guards floors pe bhi rehte hain, saaf safai bhi hoti hai floors ki. Lift maintenance bhi accha hai. Connectivity accha hai, 2km door hi spectrum metro mall hai, 7-8km mein fortis hospital hai bada. Open space accha hai, 3 clubhouse hain, unke according gardens hain. Amenities like gym, swimming pool acche se maintain hota hai. Society ka environment accha hai.
Things need improvement
Construction quality bilkul poor hai, major problems are plastic ka jhadhna. Poor quality ka pipes use kiya hai, jis wajah se walls me leakage ka hota. Furniture quality bhi bohot compromised hai. Plywood bekar quality ka furniture mein. Seepage overall problem hai because of low quality pipes used. Maintenance walo ka response zyada accha nahi hai, behoviour of employees of maintenance accha nahi. Charges dene ke baad bhi they do not respect. Maintenance charges zyada hain, un charges ke according jo service milni chahiye woh nahi hai. Phone pe nahi aate bulane pe, followups karna padhta hai. Individual flats ki maintenance mein issue hai, immediately address nahi karte hain personal issues. Swimming pool ka filteration process kaafi poor hai. Street dogs bohot zyada hain jiska issue hai, dogs lover ki wajah se hota hai yeh.

The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
Due to construction works that was going on in the society a lot of dust pollution and noise pollution was faced in the society.

When I was living there. Local transport was easily accessible, and there was a market area nearby. Maintenance was good as long as I was there; the society remained clean. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. The society had a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, but I didn't use them, so I'm not sure about them. Neighbors were cooperative, and everyone participated in events. The best part about the society was that everything, including market and transport, was readily available nearby.
Things need improvement
I don't know about the maintenance of the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, as I haven't used them. Also, everything else was maintained properly during that time.

Cabs and autos are easily available, CCTV and lifts are installed Amenities like pool, park, clubhouse are available in the society, neighbours are friendly and festivals are celebrated together, roads are well constructed and network connectivity is also not an issue
Things need improvement
Metro is a little far away, Water seepage and dampness and water logging are a regular problem,

The market is just 1 kilometer away, making it easy to reach. Local transportation is accessible. The place is well-kept and clean, and there's a backup for power. Facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are in good condition. Water supply is not a problem, and the neighbors are friendly. The society is also pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
One concern is that security is not very strict. Anyone can get inside without the guards being too careful. Tightening security could make the place safer for everyone.

She left the society 3 years back. She said facilities were all there like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym wer all there. No waterlogging issues , People were also cooperative & friendly.
Things need improvement
She left the society 3 years back, Seeapake/leakage issue was there in the society when she used to live, Construction quality was not at par. School not available near the society, atleast 5 km away from the society. Painting not done so frequently.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are not faced, water quality is good. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Paintings are not done on time in the society.

Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society People are good and friendly, all cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. hygine is maintained inside the society and it is kept clean.

There are some issues regarding construction quality, issues like seepage, leakage, paint fall offs are faced. Plaster quality is not good, it comes off water logging issues are faced during rainy season

The maintenance quality of the society was fine with a proper parking lot being provided, regular electricity supply and daily garbage collection. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were available. The transportation connectivity near the society was also good with availability of cabs and autos, malls and markets.
Things need improvement
The society was very congested, and felt claustrophobic in the society environment. The construction quality was pathetic. The water quality was also very bad.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport, malls and markets. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply or logging issues. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative, they celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average with wall cracks and worn out cement. The paintings are not done on time. The construction of the parking lot is not completed yet.
