The society is nice, the buildings are strong, and the neighbors are friendly. If I had the chance, I'd buy a flat here without hesitation.
Things need improvement
I don't have anything bad to say, but it would be even nicer if there was a swimming pool and a better play area for kids.

It's the best society to live in Mira Road because it offers plenty of space and is close to essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and theaters.
Things need improvement
The boundary wall height is low, and it would be beneficial to increase it for added security and privacy. Additionally, enhancing greenery in certain areas would improve the overall aesthetics and environment of the society.

The water pressure is low, which can be a challenge. However, there are nearby turf fields available for outdoor sports, which is convenient for residents interested in sports activities.

Good quality of material used for the construction like there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage.High security for the resident like nobody can enter without fingerprint in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is far away from the society and power back up connection has been given for common areas only.There are no amenities in this society as it belongs to old construction.

The well-maintained garden surrounded by greenery is a highlight, offering a clean and pleasant space for children to play. The society has a temple, and access to the gym requires permission and membership. The residents are friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive vibe. The society provides a bus service for commuting to the station and nearby stores. Medical facilities, including a clinic and hospital with a nearby chemist, are available. Adequate parking, reliable power backup, and functioning lifts add to the convenience.
Things need improvement
The prominent issue is the water problem, especially for drinking water, which is available only once in the morning. The roads are in bad condition and need government maintenance. Another challenge is the difficulty in getting food delivered, as restaurants are located far away. There is a need for good restaurants, even basic ones, in the area.

Fantastic society with beautiful surroundings. A shopping mall nearby, along with convenient access to a supermarket. Colleges and schools are easily reachable, and Mandate Tech Park is just a short distance away. Exciting news about an upcoming metro station adds to the convenience. Having lived there for a year, the experience was delightful, thanks to the friendly and welcoming community.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the prolonged construction period; otherwise, there isn't much to dislike.

The society is located near a signal, and they have used high-quality soundproof windows to minimize noise. There is ample space for yoga and a well-equipped gym, along with a fantastic clubhouse. The society is very pet-friendly, and the security services are commendable. The maintenance team is also helpful and ready to assist with any queries.
Things need improvement
The society has limited space with seven towers, very small parks, and visitors often struggle to find parking. There is only one park and one clubhouse, leading to congestion and crowding issues.

The people in the society were fine, and I didn't have any issues with anyone regarding anything in the society. The society was somewhat okay.
Things need improvement
The major issue outside the society was the poor condition of the roads, leading to significant problems with traffic congestion and waterlogging. Maintenance was lacking, with irregular cleaning and ongoing construction work contributing to accumulated dust. Mosquitoes were abundant, indicating a need for pest control measures, which were not implemented. Additionally, during my tenure, there were no amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse established in the society.
