Conectivity is really good as the property is on main road so ola,uber is available easily,there are good schools,hospitals,local market,chemist near by the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society and fully functional and well maintained.Builder has provided full power back up facilities like generator for common areas and invertor for units.Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors.Tenants can use every facilities available in the society.Rooms are pretty spacious and well designed attached with balcony.
Things need improvement
During peak summers water supply is a big concern sometimes.Boaring water supply is available there no bmc water connection in the society.Sometimes we have to use tanker facilities which affect the charges of the maintenance.This is only a family residency and bacholers are not allowed in the society.

Auto and buses used to get easily available near to the society. garden was there in the society. water supply was sufficient. no traffic jam issue. all festivals like Ambedkar Jayanti, Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, Ganesh Chaturthi used to celebrate in the society. society was clean and security was properly managed.
Things need improvement
There are no modern amenities like gym and swimming pool inside the society. there was power cut issue in the society.
