Transportation connectivity near the society with easy availability of cabs and autos. The construction quality of the society is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. The neighborhood is decent. The parking lot is provided and well maintained. Paintings are done timely. The society is very spacious and there's ample area to walk around safely.
Things need improvement
There is some traffic near the roads around. The roads are quite narrow. Some water logging issues exist in the society during summer seasons. Water supply is restricted for about 1-2 hours a day. The swimming pool is mostly restricted. Some inconvenience is caused due to the presence of pet dogs. The clubhouse is also not well maintained.

Auto,cabs are easily available,no water logging issues around the society.high security system and regular cleaning in the society.good build quality,pillars are very strong.all the modern amenities has been provided and everything is functional.Allocated parking has been provided.bachelor's are allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
Allocated visitors parking is there but it is limited to each building.power back up connection has been given to common areas only.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the society.
Things need improvement
I'm not facing any issues in the society. The society has got everything.

Public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity of the society is very good. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative Stray dog issues are not faced inside the society. Mobile network issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available near the society. Sometimes during summers water supply issues are faced in the society.

All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Roads outside the society is well maintained and no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Lifts are very well maintained.All the modern amenities has been provided and well maintained.allocated parking for owner and visitors.24/7 water and electricity supply.bachelor's are allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been provided to common areas only like lifts and common lights.

Flats bohot specious hai, society pura 40 hector land area me constructed hai. main rode se andar hone ke vajaha se kafi peaceful hai and society me kafi greenery hai. log bohot acche hai. auto and bus jaldi milti hai. koi bhi construction related issue nhi hai. pollution nhi hai. amenities sari hai and well maintained hai. security ke liye apps use hoti hai.
Things need improvement
Shopping malls and restaurants thode dur hai. society ke samne ke roads acche nhi hai. bar bar kharab hote hai, pani bhar jata hai. pine ka pani cannel se aata hai summer me cannel sukh jata hai to pani ki dikkaat aati hai.

The transportation connectivity near the society is good as ola and uber are easily accessible, autos are present near the society gate itself. The society is on the main road. Generally no traffic issue. There are no Water logging issues. Hygiene is well maintained. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues or any termite issues. Amenities like 2 gym swimming pool and 2 clubhouse are present. All extracurricular classes for children are provided in the society premises itself like karate, drawing etc. CCTVs and Elevators are installed everywhere. The Residents are decent in nature. All cultural events are celebrated together lively.
Things need improvement
Some water supply and seepage issues exist, but Taken care of by the society.

The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Amenities like gym, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. Alloted Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available but in some blocks. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Security system is good. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative.
Things need improvement
Swimmingpool is not available in the society. The roads outside the society needs to be improved. Traffic issues are faced alot.

Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Everything is available within 15 to 20mins away from the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. constructuion quality is good in the society.Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. Painting is done on time in the society.
Things need improvement
The road quality is not good outside the society, the road quality needs to be improved for easy communication.

CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Water supply is not good in the society. Drinking water is not avilable for 24*7 in the society. Water quality is very bad, smelly water comes from the washroom. Swimmingpool is available but not maintained properly. Paintings and water proofings are not done on time. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is not good. Network issues are faced a lot in the society.

Parking space is available. Greeneries are properly maintained.

The society needs to be kept more clean. There are sometimes water supply issues faced, which needs to be improved.

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
There were groccery shop,local market,chemist available near by the apartment.Quality of the construction was really good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage.Security system was good as all the areas were under cctv survilance.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.24/7 water and electricity supply was available.All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenants were allowed to use them without being charged extra.Bacholers were also allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
There was lots of stray dogs around the society premises which was really unsafe for residentsPower back up available for common area only.Metro and railway was not available near by the society.There was no as such socialism in between the residents in the society.

There are 2 club house ,4 swimming pool and 7 gardens etc there in the society so the amenities are just best in the society.Crowd of the people is really good and 90% residents are hindu and belongs to IT backgtound.Society is top notch regarding the security system even you can leave your child alone without any hesitation.Rooms and spacious and well designed.Managing comitte is so attentive if any problem accures they are prompt to resolve as they have fix electricians,plumbers and painters inhouse.There are 2 international schools around 200 meters away from the society.Big basket and blink it and is available in the society.
Things need improvement
To reach to city area you have to go around 15km away from the society.Railway station and bu stop is far away from the society and big hospitals are in city only.Quality of roads outside the society is poor and narrow dur to that traffic issues are there during evening time.

Electricity is supplied properly and power backup facility is provided. Hygiene and cleanliness is well maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and two clubhouses are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed and well maintained. Residents are decent and helpful, they celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
Water logging issues exist outside the society on the roads. Construction quality is average, Plaster and fittings quality is not very good.

No water logging and traffic jam issues around the society.24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.society is very well maintained according to cleaning and security system.all the amenities are fucntional and well equipped.Crowd of the people are good ,soft spoken and friendly in nature.Allocated parking for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
Overall my living experience was goodbut Power back up connection of generator and solar panel has been allocated to the common areas only.

All modern amenities were present and well-maintained. The roads outside the society were newly constructed and in good condition. Malls and restaurants were nearby. Water was available 24/7. The residents were very nice, and pets were allowed in the society. The society was located near Saswad Road. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats.
Things need improvement
The society was not connected to the highway. During festivals, there was a slight traffic issue around the society. When the society was new, cleanliness was well maintained, but after a few years, it was not kept as clean. There was not enough space in the society to store collected garbage. The railway station and airport were not nearby.

Kumar Park Infinia is a great project to stay in. It is very well connected and is really a value for money project.
