The society has top notch transport facility, metro was available, E- Rickshaws were available for transport nearby. CCTV camera, lifts were available and were functional. Water was available 24 hours. Plumber, electricians and others use to come and they provided good services. Social life of the society was really happening, festivals were celebrated together. Swimming pool, gyms and other amenities were available and the people of the society were cooperative and helpfull. Overall the facilities were great.

The parking area of the society was very small and unhygeinic. The society was very conjusted and alot oof traffic was there. There were safety issues for children and elderly because of dogs. The dogs were dangerous and used to bite. The park was very small and conjusted and there were no place for children to play. Security guards used to be present previously but now they are not available.

There is an issue with the connectivity of the society, public transports are not easliy available. Metro stations are not nearby, they are far away. Cabs also - sometimes not easy to find. Mobile networks in the building are very poor. They needs to be seriously worked upon. There is an issue of waterlogging in the basement of the society.

This society is one of the best I've seen in my career. It has all the basic necessities for living, and on top of that, it boasts well-equipped gyms, a good swimming pool, and lush green parks. The neighborhood is pleasant with great views. The management and residents' welfare association (RWA) are excellent. Its connectivity to the highway and main market further adds to its appeal as the best society.

This society has its ups and downs. Some issues need addressing, such as inadequate power backup, poor construction quality, and maintenance. Limited parking space can also be a significant problem at times.
