Contruction qualtiy is good. There are hospitals and colleges within 10km range. The society is well secured and have local market nearby

Connectivity is good,auto stand,bus stand are at walkable distance.Society is very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment.Club house ,kids play area and garden is very well maintained.All the festivals are being celebrated.
Things need improvement
There are some leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.Railway station is far away from the society.There is no swimming pool in the society.Limited parking space for the resident.

The cost structure of the buildings is fixed according to the construction and the planning of the apartments. Armed guards are appointed to ensure the safety and security of the people.

Water logging in the residence is a serious matter and so the drainage system is cleaned and maintained properly. The healthy environment attracts the people and the cost is also moderate to facilitate the customers.

Children are provided with a sports room and a playground so that they can release their stress and be relieved. People are conscious about hygiene and therefore cleanliness is given proper attention.

A garden is situated beside the premises so that the customers can go and practise their excersises nd yoga. This will help in the improvement of the customer’s health. Libraries and gymnasiums are provided.

1,2 and 3 Bhk rooms are provided to the customers so that they can make the choice according to their requirement. The construction of the buildings is outstanding and the complex is properly maintained.
