Amenities are well-maintained; the gym is equipped with good quality equipment and is spacious. The clubhouse is also spacious. The swimming pool is well-maintained, with regular cleaning making it enjoyable for kids, especially in the summer. Indoor games are also well-maintained. The park in the society is excellent. Cleaning of the society is very thorough and hygienic. Security is robust, with numerous CCTV cameras at the gates and around the flats. No one can enter without permission from the society.
Parking space is limited in the society, and the visitor parking area is also inadequate, accommodating only 7-8 cars, which is inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, amounting to around 7000 rupees.
