It stands out as a peaceful sector in the NCR region, offering tranquility away from the city's chaotic disturbances. The property comprises a total of 816 apartments, featuring 2 BHK flats with a carpet area of 448 square feet, encompassing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. Notably, the society itself provides essential services like a barber, dry cleaner, restaurant, grocery, and vegetable shops.
Things need improvement
The location, while serene, poses challenges as it is quite distant from the main city, making it difficult to secure cabs and access public transport. Moreover, the absence of authorized dedicated parking for four-wheelers is a notable drawback. Currently, only a handful of shops are operational within the society premises, with plans for over 40 more in the future. Mobile network connectivity is hindered by the absence of a nearby mobile tower. Additionally, it's worth noting that items purchased from society shops tend to be slightly costlier.

Situated at the heart of Bangalore, it serves as an ideal location, offering convenient connectivity to various parts of the city within 30-45 minutes, even during peak traffic times. The availability of Quick Ride for office commutes further enhances convenience and ease of travel.
Things need improvement
The society is large with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. While it's challenging to identify negative aspects, one aspect worth noting is its proximity to Blur lake, which, unfortunately, is not filled with water and loses its aesthetic appeal. Finding a nearby park can be slightly difficult, and there's a bit of walking involved to access groceries and other essentials.

It's worth noting that there is no available vehicle service from Cannot to the habitat, contributing to a traffic-free environment.

The area frequently faces power cuts, and unfortunately, there are no bus or auto services available. Moreover, there is no nearby mall, and network connectivity remains an issue with only one Wi-Fi brand accessible. Additionally, the absence of fast-food services in the vicinity is notable.

From my experience, the place has inadequate maintenance services, and the management can be a bit rude and less understanding towards issues faced during moving in. While security is plentiful, they can sometimes be perceived as rude and less attentive to front gate and building security requirements. Additionally, the swimming pool lacks privacy as it's visible to everyone living in the vicinity.

Five years ago, I relocated from this society. At that time, connectivity was satisfactory, with several hospitals nearby, along with excellent availability of buses and cabs. There were good maintenance facilities, including a reliable water supply and cleanliness in the surroundings. Moreover, everything was affordable, and travel times were minimal to reach most places, making it highly convenient. Additionally, the construction quality was excellent, with no issues such as cracks.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society approximately 5 years ago. At that time, the primary concern revolved around the absence of power backup options for residents, resulting in inconvenience during power cuts. Furthermore, residents were required to pay additional charges for the amenities available.

Everything you need, from parks to grocery stores, chat shops, ATMs, medicine stores, playgrounds, a small amphitheater, and even a bowling court, can be found within the society. Communication is also convenient, as it's situated near the roadside, with local buses available all the time.
Things need improvement
The area experiences heavy traffic jams during peak hours, and unfortunately, there's no nearby metro station. The Majestic Railway station is quite far, approximately 20 kilometers away. Additionally, water issues arise during the summer seasons. Society maintenance charges are on the higher side, and there are unnecessary high move-in/move-out charges. Furthermore, there are no major malls nearby, adding to the inconvenience.
