good electric supply. near to schools, near to offices, water drainage is good, design of building is good

sometimes water ligging is there due to heavy rains, waterbseepage system is not that good. free wifi

They have left the society 2 years ago, There was no seepage or seelan issue. The flats in the society were quit spacious.
Things need improvement
Nearest metro station was 8km from their residence. Market area is not nearby the person have to travel by e-rikshaw, There are no shops near the society, Maintenance quality was very poor, Society use to charge for maintenance, Sometimes lifts would stop working the society member has to walk down from 19th floor, There was no cleanliness in the society. There was no amenties in the society, People were not socially active. Only festivals celebrated in the society was Independence & Republic Day.

He said main yeh society 3 saal pehle chodh chuka hoon. Construction sahi tha, connectivity acha tha because on highway hai society. Neighbours acche the society mein, saath milke festivals manate the. No waterlogging issues as such. Lifts, CCTV Cameras sab theek chalta tha.
Things need improvement
Security ka issue tha, koi tikta nahi hain waha security mein, it keeps on changing. Electricity and water supply ka issue tha, without any prior notice, water supply band kar diya jata tha. There were no clubhouse and swimming pool in the society.

All the necessary public transport facilities are readily available in the vicinity of the society, ensuring convenient mobility for residents. The society boasts a comprehensive range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gym, garden, and basketball court. The residents are well-educated and courteous, and they collectively celebrate various festivals within the society. Moreover, the maintenance team ensures daily cleanliness and timely garbage collection. Additionally, the society features a robust security system and provides allocated parking spaces for residents.
Things need improvement
The primary drawback I've observed in this society pertains to the maintenance of amenities. Some facilities are not adequately equipped and require further improvement under the management team's oversight.

The society is pathetic, somehow I have to live as I spend my hard earned money. This society has nothing but full of mosquitos, snakes and dogs. Poor maintenance, with almost zero security. The construction will take another 20 years as the builder keeps on changing. Even the sales team does not have an idea of their directors. Think thousand times before investing. NO WATER, NO ELECTRICITY, NO AMENITIES
