Near by metro station , auto , malls , hospital .people are very humble and friendly

Construction quality is not so good paaint has not done from long time . there are no gym , swimming pool.

Public transport toh easily available hai. Pehle jab rehne aayi thi tab thodi mushkil hoi thi transport milne mai lekin jaise jaise log badhe hain locality mai, public transport bhi ab easily available hai. Auto toh mil jata hai. Ghar ka space bohot bada hai. Society ka compound area bohot bada hai, kaafi khuli society hai, Lighting achchi hai, hawa paani bohot achcha hai. Agar ye maintain achche se karein toh ye one of the best society ho sakti hai.
Things need improvement
Maintenance service ke naam pe wahan par kuch nahi hai. Wo bas common area ke liye hai maintenance services hain lekin gharon mai koi bhi kaam karane ke liye extra charges lete hain ya koi part replace karana hai toh uske liye kehte hain ki naya part hume khareed ke do. Ek drill machine chalane ke liye bhi Rs. 100 charge karte hain. Maintenance charges alag lete hain aur kaam karne ke alag paise lete hain. Ghar mai paani leekage ka issue ho raha tha, deewar pe paani ka stamp ban raha tha kyunki bagal wale ghar ka kitchen ka sink uss deewar se juda hua tha, toh plumber ne bataya ki tiles ke beech mai white cement lagana hai kyunki wo nikal gaya hai jiske wajah se deewar mai seelan aa rahi hai. Uss kaam ka bhi wo extra charges maang raha tha ki white cement apne pocket se leke aaye hain toh uska paisa dena padega. Jab humne payment nahi kari toh usne kaam nahi kiya aur wo chala gaya. Everything is chargeable in the name of maintenance. Mere ghar ke samne jo lift area hai wahan ki lights kharab hain. Mere aur mere neighbours ke darwaje ke saamne wali lights kahrab hain. 6 mahine ho chuke lekin maine complaint nahi. Uske liye bhi mere neighbours ne batay mujhe ki mujhe hi uss common area wali light ke liye khud se bulb khareed ke dena padega toh wo lagayenge. Ye builder jo hai wo banktupt ho gaya hai toh construction beech mai hi pada hua hai. Aur construction quality bhi bohot kharab hai. Chota sa 1-1.5 inch ki nail lagane ki koshihs kari thi, usme bhi uss deewar ka plaster toot kar gir gaya. Material bhi jo use kiya hai wo bhi bohot kharab hai. Panel wale glass wala door use kiya hai toh wo bhi neeche zameen pe ghista rehta hai. Phone network bhi yahan par kaafi kharab hai. Autos bhi mehenge hain. Power backup bhi sirf common area ke liye hai gharon ke liye nahi hai. Saare gharon mai hi bohot saare aise issues hain.

The metro station was available at walking distance. Cabs and auto were available. Swimming pool was under construction and neighbours were cooperative.
Things need improvement
Management issues were faced by the resident. Watchman was really rude and not cooperative. Strict instructions were there regarding entries which somehow became very disturbing for the residents.

Society ke paas metro hai aur public transport mil jata hai toh connectivity bht acha hai. Lifts and CCTV Cameras are working good. No waterlogging issues. Festivals are celebrated together in society. Spacious hai society & greenery is also a plus point here.
Things need improvement
Market area hai society mein lekin zyada achi shops nahi hai yaha. Construction bhi ho raha hai kuch abhi building me yaha. Cleanliness is just average now, earlier it was better. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse & gym are still under construction.

Public transports like auto's can be found outside the society. Buses and Cabs are easy to find and travel. There is no seepage issue in individual houses. Neighbors are cooperative with each other and celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
Metro station is 2.5KMS away from the society. Maintenance is not good, There are 2 lifts in the building and sometimes only one lift works and the other doesn't work. There is no power backup in the society, This year we got electirity from the government and it is for the temporay basis. If the electirity goes and it doesn't come for next 5 hours so we will have to stay without light. There is a seepage issue in the outer side of the building. There is a park but it is not maintained in the society. Markets and for daily essentail goods we have to go little far from the society.

Ola uber easily available at any time for commute metro is near to society Parking area is spacious playarea for kids maintained with greenery. 2 Lifts for each tower.
Things need improvement
No swiming pool and clubhouse bus service not available near to society for commute is expensive as local pool traveling not available more dependency on ola and uber

He used to live in the mentioned society 4-5 yrs ago when it was under construction. Society peaceful thi zyada log nahi rehte the, new society thi poori society me log nahi the. Built quality achi thi society ki. Society ka maintenance bht sahi tha us waqt.
Things need improvement
Society ke aas paas koi shops nahi thi. Doosri society ke market me jana padta hai. Koi acha restaurant nahi tha aas paas me. Khane ka issue tha matlab, food nearby nahi tha available. Electricity recharge ke liye maintenance office jana padhta tha, koi Mygate app nahi tha entry-exit ke liye, aisa koi system nahi tha waha. Log ache nahi the society ke.

Play area for kids is available in the society. There are mixed crowd in this society. The appartment is very spacious.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, there are limited public transportations available around the society. Market area is there nearby but it is very expensive so consider there's no market area nearby. Online grocery shopping has to be done. The maintainance of the society is pathetic. It is the worst society, we are planning to leave the society. There is no electricity, there is no permanent connection, the temporary electricity is always cut off. The government rates is very high. There are no power backups available. I'll never recommend anyone to shift in this society. Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced in the appartments, but this things are managable. Gym, swimmingpool, club house nothing at all is available in the society as amenities. Maintainance is not done at all as most of the times workers remain on strike, as pay offs are not done on time. Maintainance charges are 3k but nothing is done in this society.

Metro is available nearby the society. Open spaces are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Balcony is vary small in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.
