Its a quaint society with friendly people. The locality is relatively posh and everything you might need is at armu2019s length. ,
Things need improvement
Getting around can be quite challenging in Sangarsh Nagar. Buses serving the area are infrequent, making commuting a hassle. Moreover, there's no nearby train station, although there is a metro station not too far from the colony, providing some relief for residents reliant on public transportation.

It's considered one of the best areas to live in, albeit quite expensive. The construction of buildings is top-notch, and the society management is excellent, ensuring everything is well-maintained. There are several good schools and colleges in Powai, making it convenient for families. While transportation facilities are readily available in the area, public transport options like local trains and the metro are a bit farther away, around 3 to 4 kilometers. However, there are reputable hospitals open 24/7 nearby, known for their quality medical services.
Things need improvement
In Chandivali Nahar Sakshi, we generally don't face major issues, but occasionally, traffic jams and potholes on some roads can be bothersome while driving. Also, reaching public transport can be challenging at times due to the distance from my location. Apart from these minor inconveniences, everything else about Chandivali is fantastic.

The location offers easy access to all essential facilities, and what's even more convenient is that Nahar has its own international school within the vicinity. This setup provides residents with a comprehensive and self-contained community, making it a desirable place to live.
Things need improvement
Living in Sangarsh Nagar comes with its challenges. Heavy traffic is a common issue, making commuting difficult. Additionally, the surrounding area might not be up to par, and there may be concerns about safety or the behavior of some residents. High maintenance charges and rent add to the financial burden, making it less desirable for some. Overall, while there may be drawbacks, it's important to weigh them against any positives before making a decision about living there.

There are large societies like Powai, known for their eco-friendly environment. They're situated close to amazing places like Hiranandani and Powai, adding to the appeal of the area.
Things need improvement
One downside is the lack of nearby public gardens, which can be missed for recreational activities. Additionally, there are occasional water supply issues, posing a challenge for residents.

parking area is quite good,society has very good crowd like people over here are very friendly and soft spoken atmosphere is beautiful,amenities are very well maintained,overall the society is good .

sometimes there were leakage issues in the apartments,but managing committee has resolved asap.

crowd of the people is good ,they are very friendly and security system is good and yeah overall its good society to live in .

some of the residence has pet animal ,and while walking around the garden there pets do potty and the owner dont even cleans it ,so there should be rules regarding this in the society.

society is up to date neat and clean,good managing committe,look ,ladscape of the apartment is great.

there was one road which connects with hiranandani is always blocked and jam so that was the only thing i was facing

bachelors were allowed in the society as such there is no other rules were there for them,parking was good,kids friendly parks were there,open space and vanitilation was good.
Things need improvement
as far as i was there,i did not faced any leakage and constructon defect issues so my living experience there was good.

only the garden area of the society is good thing about Nahar Amrit Shakti,rather then this nothing is what i liked .
Things need improvement
leakage issues are there ,internal structure is very poor ,kitchen ,bathroom part of the unit is damaged and ceilling is falling,connectivity is bad,club house is also in bad condition.
