I left this society around 3 years ago. At that time, all residents were friendly and celebrated festivals and events with joy. Connectivity was also good, with schools and a few small shops located within a 100-meter radius, and a few hospitals located within a 2km radius. Maintenance was also good, with regular garbage collection and regular checkups for any kind of issues. The maintenance charge was around Rs2.5k per month, and there were well-maintained amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and community hall.
Things need improvement
Due to poor structural design, the construction in this society is not up to the mark, and the roads outside the society are also in poor condition.

Mahaveer Orchids is one of the finest projects located in Bangalore. I booked the 2BHK flat and the quality is excellent. The locality is nice, and the project is budget friendly.
