Within a 5-minute radius, you can access hospitals, schools, and colleges, including Bhaktivedanta Hospital, Royal College, Girls' School, and N.L. Alma School and College within 1.5 km. The project houses shops with renowned brands, while Central Mall and PVR Theatre, located adjacent to the society, provide easy shopping and leisure options. Singapore International School is also in proximity. Despite the water shortage in Mira Road, the project ensures 24-hour water supply. With gated premises and security personnel, the society prioritizes safety. Higher floors offer a panoramic view, enhancing the overall ventilation and openness of the flats.
Things need improvement
The occupancy certificate is pending, and as a result, water supply from the BMC has not been initiated, leading to the reliance on tanker water. The expectation is that this issue will be resolved in the upcoming months. Additionally, traffic congestion during peak hours, primarily caused by the toll plaza, slows down movement on the Western Express Highway.
