The community within the society thrives, with a friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents. The bus stand is conveniently located within walking distance from the society, facilitating easy access to public transportation. Maintenance charges within the society are reasonable, ensuring that essential services are provided without placing undue financial burden on residents. Security measures are commendable, with CCTV surveillance enhancing safety and peace of mind for all. Schools are also conveniently situated within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, which is inconvenient for residents seeking recreational and fitness facilities within the community. Although autos and cabs are available nearby, their accessibility may vary, posing an inconvenience for transportation needs. Pollution is prevalent in the vicinity of the society, Additionally, traffic congestion is a common occurrence in the surrounding areas, further complicating travel to and from the society.

There is nothing which I like in the society. Only connectivity of the society is good.
Things need improvement
Maintaining of lift is not good. There is having 4 lifts in the society, but there is working only 2 lifts that is inconvenient for residents.

One of the best places to stay is Doshi Serene where you can have great transportation facilities along with good food that is also available nearby. The complex has all types of facilities inside here.

Well established place having 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The complex is well established with number of facilities such as jogging track, car parking, gated community, 24*7 water supply facilities etc.

Good place to stay as it has all types of transportation facilities. You can have buses for Tambaram and Medavakkam every 30 minutes.The locality has all types of essentials shops such as groceries, medicine.

The complex is well developed with 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK apartments having good infrastructure. The complex having good mineral water supply and 24*7 electricity supply facility.Clean and naturally organized complex also.

Environment is clean and friendly, having a good water supply within the complex. The complex is well connected to roadways where you can have bus, train facilities. The area is big and protected with security.
