The construction is strong. Also the interior fixtures are great. There is a spacious car parking for two cars. Project still being constructed, some construction noise is there to deal if you are working at home but mobile network is good so far.

Emenox La Solara has offered me basically all that I wanted. Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden, and others Overall locality is safe neighborhood but water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. 1404 sq.ft is big enough to set furniture and overall interior.

Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and jogging track to open space, greenery, walking and fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here.

I bought the 3BHK flat at this Emenox La Solara, and i must say it is the best project and is quite in the interior part of the main city. Modern amenities attracted my attention; moreover, it is close to my workplace. Since i am a married guy, the kid's pool and multi-purpose hall is the best amenities offered.
