The only good thing about this society is its connectivity because it is situated very close to the main road. All kinds of facilities, such as schools like Delhi Public School, a few hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops, are nearby. Additionally, the people living here are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
I moved out of the society during my time there. Maintenance was very difficult due to amenities such as the swimming pool being poorly maintained, and the gym space being limited for around 160 families residing there. Additionally, the construction quality was not up to the mark, leading to occasional leakage issues. Furthermore, the maintenance charges were expensive but the facilities provided were poor.

The good thing about this society is that ventilation for each flat is excellent, and the spacing between each unit is ample. The connectivity of the society is top-notch as it is situated near the main road, and all essential amenities such as grocery stores, dairies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools and hospitals are located around 500 meters from the society. Maintenance is also excellent, with regular garbage collection and cleanliness in the surroundings. The construction quality is top-notch, without any leakage problems. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The only issue is that the society is located very near to the main road. Because of this, there is dust and pollution from the vehicles, as well as some noise pollution.

The society's connectivity is very high due to its proximity to the main road, with schools, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, bus stops, and shopping malls conveniently located within a 1 to 2km radius. It offers top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, badminton court, temple, and multiple play areas surrounded by greenery. Maintenance facilities are also excellent, with ample parking and dedicated security staff. The buildings and flats are well-designed, and residents have never complained about seepage issues.
Things need improvement
The society has one minor issue that is there is no metro station near the community, it is situated around a 4 to 5km radius from the community.

A well-maintained and enjoyable play area is essential for kids. Well-equipped gym area is surroundedby definite plus.
Things need improvement
Connectivity like autos and cabs is not avalilable in the society. Hospitals are not near t the society for emergency.

Improving play area with more facilities. cleaning of grills and is not good in the society,.

Due to its near to the main road, residents have easy access to schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and markets. The society boasts a reliable security system with CCTV cameras, ensuring safety. Additionally, the surroundings are peaceful and free from pollution, with no reported issues such as water scarcity or power outages.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in the size of the clubhouse and gym facilities within the society, as they currently do not meet the residents' requirements and expectations.
