It's notably peaceful compared to other sectors in the NCR region, providing a respite from the chaotic city environment. The society comprises a total of 816 apartments, each offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, with a carpet area of 448 square feet. Additionally, all basic necessities such as barber shops, dry cleaners, restaurants, grocery stores, and vegetable shops are available within the society premises, adding to residents' convenience.
Located in Sector 99A near Dhankot village on Dwarka Expressway, the area boasts clean air and ample greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the city chaos. However, it's distant from the main city, making it challenging to access cab and public transport services. Moreover, the lack of authorized dedicated four-wheeler parking poses an inconvenience to residents. While there are only a few shops currently operational within the society premises, plans are underway to open more than 40 shops in the future. Despite this, poor mobile network connectivity persists due to the absence of mobile towers in the nearby area. Additionally, purchasing items from society shops tends to be slightly pricier.

Positive Review: The society is impeccably clean, with reliable electricity connections and provided lifts for convenience. For those inclined towards fitness, there are also stairs available. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a refreshing environment. Additionally, having shops located on the ground floor adds to the convenience of residents.
Negatives include occasional elevator malfunctions, high prices, lack of gym facilities, difficulty in finding transportation, and the inconvenience of distant schools.

Budget flats are readily available and easily affordable in this area, offering good water quality conducive to health. However, occasional power cuts during the day and night can occur. Despite this, it's a peaceful and pollution-free place to reside, with nearby cricket grounds and volleyball courts providing recreational opportunities. Furthermore, all necessary facilities are available. It's worth noting that there's no vehicle service available from Dhankot to the habitat, and traffic congestion is minimal.
The area experiences frequent power cuts, and there's a lack of bus and auto services available. Additionally, there are no malls nearby, and network connectivity can be problematic. Residents rely on only one brand of WiFi, and there's no fast food service in the vicinity.

It's a tranquil setting, enveloped by lush greenery, and conveniently located near Dwarka Expressway and prominent malls like Ocus Medley and Satva the Hive. All essential amenities are readily available within the apartment complex itself, enhancing convenience for residents.
The public transport facilities, particularly the bus services, need improvement throughout Gurgaon, including this area. However, the space available is sufficient for a small family.

The state boasts the best-maintained club, advanced gym facilities, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a lush green society.
This state lacks a playground, has limited parking space, no shops, an unmaintained park, and faces challenges with the unavailability of cabs/autos.

This project stands out as the best among others in the area, surpassing competitors like Gore, Phobia, and Tata. It boasts a five-star view, construction, and openness, with a location that outshines other projects. In my opinion, considering its features, the price should be at least 8k per unit, but it's available at a more affordable range of 6k to 6.5k. Truly the best buy.
The only downside is that the expressway is still under construction and is expected to take another two years to complete.

Traffic congestion is a concern in this location due to narrow roads, causing some inconvenience. However, apart from these minor issues, it remains a favorable location.
