The society offers well-maintained and enjoyable amenities such as a basketball ground, badminton court, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, providing residents with ample opportunities for recreation and fitness. Additionally, cabs are easily available within the society, enhancing transportation convenience. Residents benefit from reliable water facilities and power backup. With reasonable maintenance charges and good construction quality, the society provides a comfortable and desirable living environment for its residents.
Things need improvement
The society is surrounded by pollution, and traffic congestion worsens during the evening hours. Additionally, ongoing metro construction in front of the society adds to the disruption. However, the presence of multiple multi-specialty hospitals within 3-4 kilometers offers convenience for emergency medical needs.

Connectivity like auto stand is available in front of the society. There is a main road infront of the society for all facilities. Aminities are good. People are very good in the society
Things need improvement
There is a pollution around the society that isinconvienet. Maintaining of lift is very bad.

Situated in a prime location, the area is peaceful and secure, providing residents with a tranquil living environment. Furthermore, the close proximity of hospitals, just one kilometer away, ensures swift access to emergency medical care. With the main road nearby, cabs and autos are readily available, adding to the ease of transportation within the society.
Things need improvement
While the society offers many conveniences, it contends with pollution in its surroundings. Additionally, essential facilities such as grocery stores and markets are located outside the society, 1-2 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Theater room and a library are the main features of the apartment and it also provides a swimming pool, sun deck and jogging track. International parks and forests are located within 4 km of reach.

It is a well furnished apartment which enhances the comfortable living of the people. Hospitals, medical facilities are available near the location and there is no power cut issue in the locality.

The apartment has good amenities like multipurpose court, gymnastic, and it also has a huge parking space. Metro connectivity is good and railway stations are also closest to the apartment.

It is located in krishnaveni nagar, chennai south which is a pollution free zone. Transports are easily available in the location but there is poor street lighting which is not safe for driving at night.

The apartment provides a high quality living to the people and it is a 3 and 4 BHK villas. It has beautiful views of the skyline and landscape and the area is totally pollution free.
