Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport. Malls and markets are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Maintenance quality is also good with no water, electricity supply or water logging issues. The residents are decent and celebrate all festivals together. There are no mobile network issues. The security system is well maintained.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the premises.

Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Local train stations are nearby. No such major electricity issues is faced. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Banquet hall is available in the society. This society is safe for kids and women at night. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Visitor's parking is available in the society. Parking is available. Painting are done on time. Garbage collection is done on time everyday.
Things need improvement
Highway is not nearby the society. Hospital is a bit far away. Library and spa is not available inside the society. Balcony are not available in all appartments.

Connectivity is really good like local railway statio,bus stand,cabs stand is at walkable distance from the society.Build quality is really great like no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.All the modern amenities are present in the society like swimming pool club house gym kids play area.crowd of the peole is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Poor security system in the society like Half of the cctvs are not functional and entry to other resident should be prohabitated by the securiyt staff.Society is not at all clean and well maintained.There are extra charges to use amenities in the society.Allocated parking has not been provided and there are charges to use parking as well.

Connectivity was good because the society had a school and hospital nearby, the roads were well-built so there were no traffic issues, all amenities like garden, parking, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were available, people in the society were friendly, I never faced any leakage or seepage issues in the society, overall my experience there was good, all facilities were available in the society and were well maintained.
Things need improvement
Since I didn't encounter any problems or issues in the society, my experience was very good.

Society ke andar hi bohot accha walk area bnaya gaya hai and greenery bohot acchi hai. park bhi accha maintained hai. log bohot acche se and sab milke sare festivals celebrate krte hai. cleanliness ke vajaha se hygiene kafi maintained hai.
Things need improvement
Sirf taxi hi available hoti hai baki bus and autos to yaha pr milte nhi hai. shopping ke liye parel jana padata hai shopping malls pas me nhi hai. railway station ke liye 3km tak jana padata hai. clubhouse maintained nhi hai ache se. Building kafi purani hai. building me leakage ka bohot problem ata raheta hai. society ke roads tute hue hai. society ke aas pass bohot slum area hai

There were no problems like leakage or seepage in the society, power cuts were rare, cleanliness was maintained properly, schools and hospitals were available, all amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and garden were available, people in the society were good and cooperative, festivals were also celebrated.
Things need improvement
The main and major problem in the society was security because there was no security at all, anyone could enter through the gate which made it difficult to send children alone downstairs, and there was no visitor parking available.

Dosti Acres is a very beautiful and nice project in Mumbai. Dosti Acres offers facilities such as a lift and gymnasium. It also has amenities like a swimming pool. The surrounding has less pollution and is well maintained.

An excellent project in Wadala. The markets and malls are at a walkable distance. Reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, IT centres are also nearby. The structure and the floor plan are excellent with the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms.
