The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is available nearby. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Drainage system is good. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Play area for kids is available. Gym is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like swimming pool club house, are not available in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Noise pollution is faced sometimes. Walking tracks are not available. Open spaces are not available. Visitor's parking is not available inside the society.

Construction of the building is new so as such right now there are no issues.connectivity is really good as highway is just near by and transportation is easily available.24/7 water and electricity is available in the society.managing committee is attentive to resolve issues that comes accross by residents.lifts are highly maintained and functional all the time.
Things need improvement
This project is quite big and some of the towers are yet under construction so some amenities like swimming pool and visitors parking space is pending and to be delivere in future.Power back up is available for common areas only.

Maintenance facilities are excellent, with daily cleanliness routines. Local transport options such as autos and cabs are readily available, and online delivery services are accessible. The issue resolution process in the society is prompt, without delays. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, contributing to comfortable living. The quality of construction is commendable. All amenities, including a clubhouse, gymnasium, and more, are available within the society. The residents are friendly and cooperative, even regarding pets, as there are no issues regarding pet ownership in the society.
Things need improvement
The ongoing metro construction near the society and road construction around the area sometimes cause inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the presence of a school nearby leads to vehicles being parked on the roadside, narrowing the roads and causing inconvenience. The garden area is not adequately maintained, and there is no swimming pool in the society. Another concern is the presence of many liquor shops in the vicinity, leading to disturbances and safety issues for residents.

The society is very clean, and water is available 24/7. I have my own vehicle, and there is plenty of parking space for both residents and visitors. Autos and buses are nearby. Issues are resolved quickly, and maintenance charges are justified. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The flats are well-ventilated, and sunlight fills the rooms. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. It's a pet-friendly society with fire exits. The society is very peaceful.
Things need improvement
The construction of the metro is underway, which has resulted in the roads outside the society becoming very narrow.

I am overjoyed with my decision to purchase a home at Nandan Spectra. The amenities, as well as the construction quality is incredible. Additionally, the Nandan staff is really cordial and helpful.
