The location of the society is quite special, being right next to the Siddhivinayak temple in Virar West. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas, which gives it a peaceful vibe. Having the temple nearby is definitely a positive, and the view of the Jivdani Mata temple on the hill adds to the charm. There's a supermarket close by, making it convenient for everyday shopping needs. Plus, renting here is a bit cheaper compared to other nearby complexes. Some flats even have a beautiful view of the green pastures behind the building. The elevators are reliable and have power backup, and overall maintenance is decent.
Things need improvement
Living here has its drawbacks too. The nearest auto stand is a bit of a walk away, about 5-7 minutes, which can be inconvenient. You won't find every facility right outside your doorstep, like a barber shop, for example. Additionally, the park inside the complex is shared among three different projects, so it can get crowded at times. The construction quality isn't the best, as there are issues with water seepage and peeling wall paint in the building. Sometimes, power cuts can be longer than usual, which can be frustrating.

This place boasts best-in-class amenities right within the layout. It's convenient having a hospital, school, and multiplex nearby, making life easier for residents.
Things need improvement
While it's a bit away from the station, it's still convenient for traveling because share rickshaws are readily available.

The society is well developed and has a parking gate. It is of 3BHK apartmnet and is well decirated. The rooms are spacious and well structured and furnished.It is a beautiful apartment
