Renting here is quite pricey at around 35,000 rupees per month, and the maintenance costs are also steep. Since it's located on the outer ring road, there's constant traffic noise, unless you keep the balcony windows shut.

Security is tight, with outsiders requiring a gate pass for entry. Residents here celebrate festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community. The spacious rooms and large balconies offer ample space for family gatherings. Parking is convenient, with plenty of visitor spaces.

Living in this apartment on the outer ring road comes with the downside of traffic noise, which can be bothersome. Additionally, the cost of living here is relatively high, with a deposit of approximately 91.6K per head, a monthly rent (including maintenance) of around 16K per head, and a brokerage fee of around 16K. Despite the expense, it's still considered a decent society to reside in due to its proximity to offices and highway access. Metro connectivity is currently unavailable, but residents can take advantage of the society's amenities, including a gym, table tennis room, squash court, and rooftop swimming pool, which justify the hefty maintenance fee.

As far as the location is concerned then it is well connected and at a prime location which is pretty good as compared to other projects where cabs do not arrive on time mostly because of traffic jams which is not the case here. All sorts of public transport are available and there are many schools, colleges and hospitals nearby. No issues with safety and it is completely safe even for girls and senior people.

North Grande's world-class status has not been granted. its certificate of completion. Well connected with nearby markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, and colleges. Due to its location, there are hardly any traffic problems which is simply great as it helps the residents to reach the destination in no time. Also, the homes are beautifully constructed with all the facilities. Most of the facilities are available in the same premises like grocery shops, gym, parks, jogging track, etc.

This project is well connected via major roads such as NH-248 A, Rajesh Pilot Road, Sohna Road and Golf Course Ext. Road. The builder has good reputation and this is true in this case as the building quality of the homes is very good. The homes are spacious and best fittings are used in kitchen and bathrooms. Safety and security is quite good even in night. There are no problems faced related to water or electricity here. Local markets, malls, hospitals, colleges, schools and other institutes are at a reachable distance.

It has good road connectivity and proximity to employment hubs make this locale popular among the tenant community. It is a project where you can buy homes at reasonable price which are neither too high nor to low. When compared with other project then it is of high value as there is everything you require like green parks, jogging tracks, nice and clean roads. Everything is readily available nearby hence, no need to go anywhere else. The connectivity is not an issue In fact there are street lights in the inside as well. There are shops, malls, schools, colleges and hospitals nearby.
