अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
It has been more than one year since I left the society. It was one of the best society, it is very good in all aspects. The Connectivity was very good, public transport is easily available. People in the society was very good and friendly, all events like social or cultural was celebrated together Mainly I used to stay there for the people as they are very friendly. RWA is quite well to do in this society. Basic facilities like play ground, parks are available. Parking is available.
Things need improvement
A lot of street dog issues was faced in this society, that's a major drawback of the society as many people got bitten by the street dogs. Sometimes due to labour works some valuable things went missing from the appartments, this issues has happened a lot in this society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool are not available inside the society The construction quality is average as it is a very old building, some seapage and leakage issues are seen but that happens sometimes. There are no lifts available in the society, it is a 4 floor bulding

Transportation connectivity is fine. Metro station sector-12 is at 10 minutes walking distance. Hospitals and schools are nearby. Maintenance is satisfactory, there is a welfare association which takes care of all maintenance related issues. There is a park and open gym. Residents are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and events together
Things need improvement
Construction quality is average due to old infrastructure. The construction quality must be improved. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. There are no elevators installed.

He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. Acha hai society Connectivity acha hai society ka , metro paas me hai , public transport mil jata hai. Kirane ki shops hain aas paas. No waterlogging issues. Safety & security acha hai, water supply bhi badhiya hai. Electricity ka koi issue nahi hai. LPG(gas) line hai society mein. Sabke liye parking available hai. Neighbours ache hain , cultural events hote hain yahan.
Things need improvement
Mall is a bit from the society. No basement parking available. Seepage ka problem toh hota hi hai DDA Flats mein toh thoda bohot issue tha society mein seepage ka. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse nahi hai society mein.

Overall the society was wonderful well maintained and everything was available in the society like a amenities. The construction quality was very good.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of space inside the society, market should be made there so that people do not have to go far for the market.

Outstanding connectivity through the metro station which makes community to other parts of the area extremely convenient.

There is lack of streetlights which causes difficulties at night. Maintenance is poor.

There should be proper lights in the staircase and cleaning should be more improved in the society. Cleaning should be done well.

There is a school, hospital near the Smith near the metro station, so the connectivity is very good, and the construction quality is also very good. It is a 20-year-old building, but its construction quality is very good.

Security in the society is absolutely useless, cleaning is not done properly, amenities are nothing.

Public transport is easy to find, and the market area is within the neighborhood. There are no ceiling or water seepage issues in the building/individual usual. The people in the society are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
There are no facilities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, but the parks are in good condition. There was a small issue with waterlogging in the neighborhood, but it's manageable.

There is a significant issue with parking, as there is insufficient space and no effective enforcement of parking rules. The authorities have not taken any action to address the parking issue. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, CCTV, and lifts are not available in the society.

Public transportation is easy to access near the neighborhood. The metro station is nearby. Maintenance was good. People were supportive, and all festivals like Holi, Diwali, Navaratri, etc., were celebrated together. This is a very old society.
Things need improvement
There was a seelan/seepage issue in the society. There were no amenities in the society.
