Society has good connectivity regarding transportation facilities as there were metro,railway station,bus stand near by the society.All the modern amenities were there like swimming pool,club house,gym etc.Allocated space for parking was available for owners and visitors.Build quality was good there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage.Society was neat,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
As such there was no issues only major issue i faced was during powercuts there were no backups available but the connection of generator has been given to common lights and lifts only.

The lobby area in the building is huge and well-equipped with amenities. There's plenty of space to walk around, and the play area is also quite big. They offer various sports facilities like table tennis and a cricket field. They've implemented strict safety measures during the pandemic, including providing essential food supplies through vending machines and placing hand sanitizer dispensers on each floor
Things need improvement
Considering the large number of residents in the building, the elevators and pool area are a bit small. The staff isn't very accommodating, especially with guests, as they require multiple entries for each visit. Finding parking in the visitor area is also quite challenging

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are considerably high, impacting residents financially. If they could lower these charges, it would help everyone live here more comfortably.

Premium society with 5 star facilities. Year after year best awarded garden. 7 acres plot with swimming pool, cricket/soccer ground, lawn tennis, squash, full on gym, banquet hall, temple, walking track, covered parking for 3 levels.
Things need improvement
Nothing much to dislike. In a crowded happening place like Andheri, this is a huge 7 acres plot of heaven with all kind of facilities with best of security.

Additionally, the area faces frequent traffic congestion, typical of Mumbai's bustling streets, leading to delays and frustration for residents. Noise pollution from the surrounding urban environment is another concern, affecting the peace and quiet of the complex. Moreover, while well-connected by roads, the distance from public transport options like trains or buses can inconvenience some residents. Lastly, the limited parking space within the complex poses a challenge, especially for those with multiple vehicles. Despite these drawbacks, Oberoi Springs remains a desirable address for those seeking upscale living in Mumbai

High security to there resident ,cleaniness is top notch.All the modern amenities are there and highly maintained and well eqquipted.reasonable mentainence charges in the society.Allocated parking space for the resident and visitors.Build quality is top notch,leakage and seepage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is great but the approach road outside the society is made of poor quality and everytime its get resolved and then damaged again so which is very much inconvient for the resident.Society should conduct more cultural events.

The building's construction is top-notch, and amenities are well-kept. People are friendly, and the rent is reasonable considering what's provided. Safety is ensured with excellent security. My house boasts a great view and good ventilation. Plus, Versova Infinity Mall is just a 5-minute drive for shopping, and home delivery services are readily available.
Things need improvement
The building is tucked away, which can make it tricky to locate. Nearby restaurants and pubs contribute to noise, especially at night. A nearby sewer can sometimes create unpleasant smells, attracting mosquitoes in the evenings. Additionally, the connecting road often gets congested during peak traffic hours

The construction quality isn't great, and there are issues like ceiling leakage and frequent drainage jams. Additionally, some security guards can be rude at times.

The road leading to the society has some potholes, but they're likely to be fixed soon. Occasionally, there might be traffic when leaving the society, but overall, there aren't many negatives to mention

Plus, there's convenient metro connectivity nearby. Security is strict, ensuring safety. It's close to malls and shopping areas, with a clean entrance and lobby. Airport access is easy too.
Things need improvement
There is lot of noise due to construction of other societies, pubs etc. Traffic jam is high and mosquitoes problem at evening sometimes. The pool and lift size is small as building is huge. Road of nearby streets are narrow and many potholes are there which causes problem in rainy season. Price is also huge so not affordable for middle class.,

I wasn't sure how to build an advanced trap with getting my location in town, but after having a heartfelt conversation with my realtor I finally decided to go through with the project for my future home. I am very happy and satisfied with my investment and I am sure I am having fun here.

This is one of the best society in andheri area as connectivity is just excellent and metro is just front of the gate even railway station and bus stop is also near by the society.All the moden amenities are available in the society and everything is quite well maintained and well eqquiped.24/7 water and electriciy supply is available .maintenance charges are reasonable as compare to this area.allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.People over here are quite decent and educated and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no solar panel available in the society even though generators are there but only allocated for common lights and lifts.

All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area,walking space,club house was available in the society.Society was highly maintained and all the amenities were well eqquiped.Security system was realy great in the society as 24/7 gaurds and cctv both the facilities were available in the society.People over there were really kind ,decent and educated and everybody was coperative to celebrate festivals.
Things need improvement
There was major issues related to construction quality as seepage was one of those and that was not resolving even after fixing it many times and this was the major reason that i shefted from that society.Rooms were too small and conjusted.visitors parking was limited in the society.Public transport facilities were not near by the society like metro,railway and bus services only cabs were available.

The presence of many clubs near the society has led to significant traffic congestion, especially during nighttime. Additionally, being situated in a prime location exacerbates the traffic issues during peak hours, making it challenging to navigate through the area.

It is well maintained Residential Project by Oberoi . One of the tallest tower in this location. The project has lots of modern amenities to fulfill the needs of residents. Very close to Mumbai airport and well connected to the main highway. Maintenance is slightly higher.

One of the prime residential locations in Andheri (Mumbai). Oberoi Springs have mostly all Celebrities,Models. Very good infrastructure and environment and well maintained. Nearby by to city mall, infinity mall, monginis factory, many resto and bar and corporate offices. Very prime location of Andheri west.

It is located in Andheri west, a good locality. The project offers an apartment with perfect features to provide a comfortable living. Oberoi Springs offers good facilities such as Gym, it also as amenities like badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, tennis court and swimming pool
