This is a wonderful spot for families! The environment is fantastic, offering plenty of amenities and a massive swimming pool for family fun. Plus, it's refreshing that there aren't any annoying disturbances from the community, as everything is nicely organized with top-notch security and beautiful surroundings.
Things need improvement
If you're an early riser looking to grab some essentials, you might find it challenging as there aren't any nearby places to shop for general items. Even for something as basic as milk, you'll have to head to the main market. While there are general stores, snack corners, and hotels within the premises, they don't open until 11 AM, so you'll have to plan accordingly.

Well-connected by road to Mumbai, the upcoming metro will further enhance connectivity.
Things need improvement
The area currently faces connectivity challenges with Mumbai, but upcoming developments are expected to address this in the next few years. Visitors often face inconvenience as there are no benches in the lobby, making it difficult for older individuals. Simplifying the application processes through online mediums and enhancing security measures are areas where the central agency governing the township can improve.

Lodha Palava is a fantastic multi-amenity complex located on the highway side of Dombivali East. It offers convenient bus and auto transport facilities to Dombivali station. The complex boasts well-maintained parks, swimming pools, double-height parking spaces, and open grounds for recreational activities and relaxation, all with stunning views of the lakes.
Things need improvement
The construction of the infrastructure didn't use high-quality materials, leading to frequent leakage problems. Additionally, during heavy monsoon rains, waterlogging becomes a common issue.

The interior build quality is subpar, with visible cracks both externally and internally. Additionally, the lack of metro connectivity and the distance of around 10 km from Dombivali Station are notable drawbacks. Moreover, heavy water logging occurs during the monsoon season, posing inconvenience to residents.

Traveling to Andheri or Mumbai can be time-consuming. Having a four-wheeler is the safest and most convenient option, while using a two-wheeler requires extra caution. This area is ideal for retirees but may not be suitable for those who frequently travel to different parts of Mumbai.
