Cabs are easily avilabele inside of the society.Club house is very enjoyable in the society. Maintaining of lift is preety good and saftey featurs.people ae very co-operative.

Construction quality is very poor.There are so many leakage and seepage issues in the society

In our society, convenient connectivity is ensured with the availability of cabs and autos within the premises. The water facility is reliable, accompanied by adequate power backup. Additionally, the drainage cleaning is well-maintained, contributing to a hygienic environment. Essential amenities such as supermarkets are conveniently located within the society, enhancing convenience for residents. The atmosphere of the society is characterized by tranquility and decency, providing a peaceful living environment. However, it is notable that maintenance charges are relatively expensive.
Things need improvement
In our society, there is a noticeable lack of friendliness among residents, and community events are rarely celebrated. As a bachelor living here, I find the traffic congestion in front of the society to be quite bothersome. Additionally, the flats are relatively small in size.

The proximity of the main road to our society unfortunately brings pollution and traffic congestion, affecting the quality of our surroundings. Additionally, the railway station is quite distant from the society, posing challenges for residents who rely on rail transportation.

The roads within the society are not in good condition, making it challenging to drive. It has so many holes it could damage the vehicles. Traffic congestion is also prevalent, further complicating transportation within the community.

The Supermarkets are located approximately 1 kilometer away from the society, requiring residents to travel a short distance for their daily essentials. However, the metro connection is significantly farther, situated approximately 5 kilometers away from the society.
