The community is well-maintained and conveniently located near daily lifestyle amenities. There are spaces for recreation and walks. With separate security systems for each of the 24 wings, overall it's good, although there is an issue with waterlogging
Things need improvement
A major issue here is waterlogging, and the elevators sometimes go out of service unexpectedly. Additionally, there's a lack of streetlights

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport like autos and cabs. Schools, college and hospitals are also within reach. Maintenance of the society with proper Hygiene and cleanliness. All issues are timely resolved. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and lives together like a family since 8 years.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the society is average with some seepage issues in rainy season. Water logging issues also exist during the rainy season.

Location of the society is really good like local transport and public transport is easily approachble near by the society.society is very well maintained ,neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.Rooms were spacious and isolated in the society.
Things need improvement
During rainy season there are major water logging issues in the apartment due to that the value of the flats are coming down in the society.Construction of the apartment is of poor quality,pillars and all the pillars are rusting in the society.

It's an amazing complex with well-maintained discipline and cleanliness. The surrounding area is still undergoing full development. The society is well-established, participating in various festivals together. The construction is solid and well-built.
Things need improvement
The location is a bit distant from Thane railway station, taking around 20-30 minutes by auto. The frequency of buses is limited.

The community is excellent, with friendly neighbors, and the security team is large, polite, and humble. It's one of the best places I've ever lived, incredibly safe and suitable even for females living alone. It's truly an amazing place to stay.

The property is centrally located at Ranged circle in the heart of Mira Road. It is part of a well-maintained complex that offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, and kids play area. The surroundings are filled with the best restaurants, schools, hospitals, residential complexes, and markets, all within a short distance.
Things need improvement
This is considered the best deal at its current price, and there are no apparent negatives that come to mind.

Residents sometimes face confusion regarding the exact location due to multiple projects nearby with the name RNA. While there aren't many notable negative points, there might be occasional rigidity in fee-related matters, with the society aiming to safeguard its interests.

Rooms are quite spacious.connectivity of the apartment is top notch,local transport facilitites available easily.builder has provided all the promised amenities.good ,peaceful and calm atmosphere around the society.crowd of the resident are very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance faclities are pathetic,irresponsible managing commitee.all the amenities has been outsource to third party and they charges to use the facilitites.water logging issues inside the campus and in parking area.construction of the building is 20 yrs old and in poor condition.water supply issues are also in the society.

Society is very well maintained,all the facilities are top notch.24/7 water and electricity supply.garden area is beautiful and atmosphere is so calm and peaceful.

Power back up connections like solar panel given only to the common area,generator or invertor facilities has not provided.

Auto,cabs facilities are available near by the apartment .all the community stays together .small temple small masjid and even jesus is there in the apartment

Construction is almost 25 yrs old,so there are cracks and seepage issues in theapartment. no amenities are there and ealier there was club house but society has sold it to private company and now we have to take membership to use it.during rainy season water accumulates around the apartment the construction is too old.

Resident of the society are very good,friendly and soft spoken,all the festivals are being celebrated,connectivity is top notch,everyhting available easily whether local transport or essentials.railway station is at walkable distance.
Things need improvement
During rainy season,whole apartment faces water logging issues inside the campus only,which was unmanagable.Construction quality of the society can be improved. Maintenance should also be enhanced.

Schools,hospitals,auto cabs are easy to approach near by the society,good security system in the society all the areas are under cctv survilance.Society is well maintained ,neat clean and hygenic environment in the society.Crowd of the people is good,helpful and kind.

Local railway station is not at walkable distance from the society.During rainy season there are seepage issues in the society.There are only semi amenities in the society and power back up has been allocated to common areas only.Sometimes there are water supply issues as well in the society.

Our society boasts a diverse community with celebrations for every occasion. We have a beautiful garden for both walking and playing, along with a gym and swimming pool (currently under construction, expected to be completed soon despite delays due to COVID-19). We enjoy a reliable 24-hour water supply and electricity, with rare outages occurring only once a year due to unforeseen errors
Things need improvement
One downside is that there's inadequate drainage in the complex, leading to ankle-deep water during the rainy season. Although they're working on improving the drainage, construction delays due to COVID-19 mean it will take some time.

The presence of a park for jogging and children's play, along with well-equipped gym and swimming pool facilities and attentive trainers, has exceeded my expectations. Accessibility is excellent with an auto rickshaw stand just outside the gate, and highways are only 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are two bus stops nearby and frequent, affordable markets for groceries. The area fosters a friendly atmosphere, with designated spaces for sports like badminton and box cricket. Considering the cost of living and the available facilities, I would highly recommend this place.
Things need improvement
One of the few drawbacks, aside from limited parking in the area, is the occasional flooding during extremely heavy rains. However, apart from this issue, there's little else that would bother anyone

Public transport and local railway station was easy to access and travel. Street lights are available outside the society premises. Garbage collection is done on timely basis. There was ample sunlight available in the house. People were pet friendly and helpful towards each other.
Things need improvement
Parking was the big issue in the society and everyday we had to hussle for parking. There was no fixed places alloted for parking; anyone can park anywhere and that was a challenge for us. Lifts were not maintained many times lifts use to stop working and we have to climb staircases and lifts were not spacious; only 4 people at a time can travel and there was no CCTV camera's in the lift. Clubhouse was available in the society but it was not functional due to some dispute going in the society. Maintenance issues like plumbing, carpentry and electrical work was done as per their convinence and not as per our need. Additional staircase was missing for emergency or fire exit and there was no refuge area in the building.
