To live here comfortably, it's advisable to have your own Wi-Fi as the network can be slow at times. Additionally, owning a car would provide convenience, making you all set to enjoy your stay.

The location is ideal for those seeking peace away from air and noise pollution. It's a gated community with a wide range of amenities available. The 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance ensure safety once inside the apartment complex.
Things need improvement
The location is quite distant from the main road, making it inaccessible without a personal vehicle. The nearest bus stop is around 2km away. Once inside the gated area, it can feel isolated, especially at night with minimal personnel movement. Additionally, like many apartments, the construction quality is average.

This apartment is truly perfect in every aspect – from the gym, swimming pool, cleanliness, and security to the lifts, play area, and parking. Most importantly, it provides a calm and soothing living environment. Missing those wonderful days!
Things need improvement
The only downside is that it's not a pet-friendly apartment. Even small puppies are not allowed, which is disappointing. This led me to leave the place as I wanted to keep a pet dog.

It's unfortunate that the apartment is not pet-friendly, even for small puppies. The restriction on keeping a baby dog led to your decision to leave the place. It's understandable how pet policies can influence living choices, especially for those who wish to have animal companions.

The land-to-built ratio is impressive, providing ample open space for both children and elderly residents. The management team is highly efficient, and the location is excellent—just 500 meters away from the upcoming Hood metro station. Despite the proximity to Hood cross road, the apartment area maintains a sense of peace and tranquility. Moreover, it is conveniently close to ITIL and the industrial area.

Transportation Issues-For regular users of public transportation, the system can pose challenges in this area.

It's wonderful to know that the connectivity is good, and you appreciate the overall features and facilities offered by the society. The convenient location, well-connected to the main road and within walkable distance to shops, enhances the accessibility and convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The apartment is very tall which is scary sometimes and the pollution level is high. The quality of construction is not so good.

The location is convenient, being close to a mall and a vegetable market. People in the area are friendly and easy to talk to. Additionally, there is ample and spacious parking, alleviating any concerns about finding a parking spot, especially since you have two dedicated spaces.
Things need improvement
The building looks older than it is. There are cracks that keep on coming. Society is not so well maintained. Also, many people are selling in this society as they are getting better options in other society. The water tank is quite old, and it requires every week that cuts off water for half a day. There are water seepage in few of the flats. In my view, though, we already took the flat, we could have got better property at this rate. The prices are inflated hugely with less value. All the investors are trying to cash in the property. ,

Great area to live with parents along with all types of basic facilities are in the nearby distance. The complex is well constructed with great infrastructure where you can have good security, parking ,pool etc.
