The society is very good and maintaned people are decent very good genetory society has all the amenties like swimming pool club house park and all the things secuirty and all the things are also good
Things need improvement
Littlle disappointed from the construcTion because some tower walls plaster need to be maintain other wise society is very good

All the amenities are present in the society, including a clubhouse, parking, restaurant, and hall, providing convenience and facilities for residents like me.I enjoy the frequently held cultural festivals and events. It helped us bond with our neighbors and made it feel like home
Things need improvement
Connectivity is less as we don't have many public transport options available. The building is quite old, with paint filling off, indicating a need for renovation and painting to improve the appearance. Unfortunately, maintenance is not actively working on addressing this issue.

Autos and cabs are easily available near the society. Schools and colleges are within reach.All daily need products are available in the society premises itself. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper hygiene and cleanliness. CCTVs are installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The cultural events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Metro station is 5 km away. Roads are still under construction. Some seepage issues can be noticed in the society construction.

Connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Festivals and culturral events are celebrated very nicely in the society, people in the society are friendly and cooperative. The view from the society is veru good and I like this the most.
Things need improvement
Metro station not near the society. Sometimes seepage issues are seen in the appartments but it's managable, the construction quality is average.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. This society is very well maintained society. CCTV and lifts are properly functional in the society. festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People are educated and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot in the apartments facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society.

Due to the maintenance services provided in the society, the maintenance charge of the society is good, it is not yet high and the roads of the society are also quite well built.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society themselves are quite broken due to which there is a lot of water logging issues during the rainy season.

The connectivity to schools, college, hospital and market is very good as all of these are within the radius of 2 to 3 km and all the necessary amnemities are present in the society
Things need improvement
There is electricity load issue in the society and connectivity is also an issue as the public transport is not avaliable easily

Connnectivity of the society is upto the mark as you can get public transport like autos , cabs easily .
Things need improvement
There is a dispute going on swimming pool opening in the society . cleanliness problem is also there . we face extreame leakage and sepage issue in the rainy season .

If we talk about the location, it's favorable, as public transport facilities are easily accessible near the Society. Additionally, there's a local market and essential shops nearby, enhancing convenience for residents. People here are cooperative, and all functions, cultural programs, and events are celebrated together in the Society.
Things need improvement
The builder initially promised to provide amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and display area to the flat owners. However, the builder failed to fulfill these promises. Four years ago, only a gym was provided, which was outsourced to another party, and additional charges were imposed for gym access. This situation feels like deception on the part of the builder. Maintenance under the builder's management was nonexistent, leading to various unresolved issues. Subsequently, a private agency was hired for maintenance, but their performance needs to be evaluated. The build quality is also poor, with numerous leakage and seepage problems. Additionally, the maintenance charges are relatively high compared to others.
