people are very loud and they are allowed to use loud speakers at night. There is no peace at all. The shops are close and homes are fine. The neighbourhood is fine but I don’t like the crowd here.

the flats are okay but it is not peaceful here. the staff is not great. they are very nosy. water is a big problem here. gym is there but only for owners. people celebrate all festivals here. the metro is under construction.

it is a good place to live. It is clean and hygienic. It is a nice building and has good connectivity, near the western express highway. So it is 2 Kms from Kandivali station. Rent is fine, almost average.

the market is very near you. everything is very near and place is alright. the upcoming metro service is a good addition, and only a few metres away from the main gate. the Western Express Highway is very near.

The area is little crowdy and congested. During peak hours it can get traffic. It is quite close to the mall, it is walkable distance. The local station is also less than just 2 kilometres away.
