Society is just beside the highway ,so connectivity is top notch.Society is very well maintained like all the modern amenities are functional and well equipped.allocated parking for owners and visitors.high security system has been provided.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are not allowed in the society.society should improve sports department like should add batment court .

The standout feature of the Godrej society was its flawless condition. The complex was beautifully maintained, and residents had no complaints. Another attractive aspect was the easy availability of auto rickshaws and cabs at every metro station nearby. During my five-year stay in the society, I couldn't find another community that matched its high standards. It was equipped with top-notch facilities, making the living experience truly exceptional.
Things need improvement
My experience in the Godrej society was excellent; I had no complaints about it. all thing are available and very well- maintained.

Local transportation is easy to approach.top notch Maintenance and security system.society is neat,clean and well maintained.build quality is very good,no leakage and seepage issues.
Things need improvement
Society does not have any kind of amenities.power back up connection is given to common areas only.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro and railway stations are a bit distant from the society, additionally, there is an unpleasant smell emanating from outside the society.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. A railway station is available nearby. Market areas are also present. Maintenance quality is also fine with regular water supply and hygiene maintained. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. The security system is well maintained. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents celebrated all events and festivals together.
Things need improvement
The society provides all the basic features and amenities, though schools were a little distant and balconies weren't provided.

The construction speed is very much slow. Also, there is a Mobile tower issue. Monsoon sometimes leads to water accumulation which is little bit of a problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenities are very good.

The luxurious apartment is well furnished residential project. Every flat provides a nice view Nice location and nice environment no pollution Very peaceful place I like its nice neighborhood and greenery.
