It's a large and bustling society with plenty of amenities, including numerous towers and shops.
Things need improvement
Club facilities are limited, and the swimming pool is unused. The parks are unmaintained, and shops are distant.

Overall, I hold this society in high regard.

In this society, the negatives are minimal, with occasional instances of the lift not functioning for 1 or 2 days.

Very clean and hygenic society. nearby markets,malls,supermarket all are there. connectivity is very easy.
Things need improvement
Metro is so far from the society , you have to go metro via auto. construction is very old type . no swiming pool is there.if you are renter so when you enter on the room and when you left from the society you have to pay extra amount.

This society is exceptionally well-lit and connected, arguably one of the best by DLF to date. It offers a great value for money proposition, being conveniently located near a metro station, with schools and hospitals nearby. Additionally, its excellent connectivity to Delhi, Delhi airport, and Faridabad adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
It's true that the society is slightly removed from the main hub of Gurgaon, which means it misses out on the hustle and bustle of regular city life. While some may view this as a negative, personally, I see it as a positive aspect. However, perceptions may vary depending on individual preferences.

Overall, it's a perfect place to reside in Gurgaon.

This is one of my favorite places in Gurgaon due to its excellent transportation accessibility. It's easy to find buses and other transport facilities from here. The area offers a pleasant experience, and the residents are well-educated, adding to the overall appeal of the place.
Things need improvement
While it's challenging to pinpoint any significant drawbacks, overcrowding can sometimes be an issue. However, despite this, it remains a very good place to live overall.

The surroundings of the society are impeccably clean and peaceful, providing an ideal environment for focused study, even for children preparing for exams. Additionally, the electricity and water facilities are reliable and efficient. The society takes good care of its parking area, which is spacious enough to accommodate guests without any hassle.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a large park for children to play, which might inconvenience families. However, it offers excellent walking paths suitable for older citizens. Unfortunately, there aren't facilities for games like cricket or football nearby, requiring kids to travel 2-3km for recreational activities. Additionally, malls and movie theaters are quite distant, affecting convenience. While the nightlife is acceptable, it may not meet everyone's expectations.

The security, power, and electricity provisions are superb, operating at 100% efficiency. Maintenance standards are of exceptional quality, ensuring a well-kept environment. With a sprawling 1.6-acre area filled with lush greenery and an impressive 900 parking spaces, the society offers ample space and a pleasant environment.
Things need improvement
While there are several positive aspects to the society, such as excellent security, maintenance, and ample green space, there are some drawbacks to consider. The power backup is at 80%, which may be a concern during outages. Additionally, the absence of a gym facility, non-functional swimming pool, and lack of a clubhouse might disappoint residents seeking such amenities. Occasional seepage issues are also reported, although they are managed well by the staff. Lastly, the absence of medical facilities within the society adds to its list of drawbacks.
