Society bohot airy hai. lounge hai vo bohot clean raheta hai. society bohot clean hai. auto and bus sab walking distance pr available hai. kendriya Vidyalaya pas me hai. daily use items pass me mil jate hai. gym properly maintained hai. log kafi friendly hai and sare celebrations sab milke krte hai. security ke liye my gate app use hoti hai. society ke samne ke roads cement ke hai and maintained hai.
Senior citizen ka jo park hai vaha pr kafi kachara hai vo saaf nhi hota hai. society ke bahar ka naal bohot khrab hai bhar jata hai and us vajaha se badboo aati hai. bathroom mai ventilation nhi hai. restorents pass me nhi hai. society me swimming pool nhi hai. traffic jam ka issue hai. basketball court thoda damage hua hai. kabootar bohot aate hai us vajahase khachra hota hai.

Malls and restaurants were near by the society.There was no water logiing issues inside and utside the apartments.Build quality was great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.Auto,cabs were easily available in the society.
Society was great place to live in but there were no amenities present in the society at that period of time.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is kept clean. Parking space is available. Facilities and Amenities like gym, club house, park, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. Plaster fitting are good in the society. Lifts work properly, and timely maintainance are done. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. Traffic issues are not faced. The society is good with tenents. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Swimmingpool is not available in the society. I don't think there is anything else that needs to be any of my concern. The society is good enough.

Seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. Plaster fitting are good in the society. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is kept clean. Parking space is available. Amenities like gym is small but all equipments are present, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. Water supply is always available. Security system is good in the society. Lifts work properly, and timely maintainance are done.
The area is low line for which water logging issues are faced specially during rainy season. There is a big nala in front of the society, during rainy season bad smell comes from there. Sometimes power cuts happens in the society. swimmingpool is not made in the society. Paintings are not done on time, it was done 3 to 5 years before.

If i talk about the connectivity, it is up to the mark since you can book a cab or taxi very easilty and the market is not very far, teh maintenanace is regular and contruction quality is also very good as we dont really face problem of weak walls and all. people living in the society are very cooperative and friendly.
The only issue that can be improved is garbage issue.

Connectivity of the apartment is really good there are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Local transport is available easily near by the society.qauality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding seepage in the society. Allocated parking area is not available near by the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society and fuly functional and well maintained.Society is neat clean and environment is hygenic.
There is no railway station,bus stand near by the society even metro line is not available in this area yet.Power back is available for common area only lifts and common lights only.
