The excellent construction quality reflects durability and reliability. Reasonable maintenance charges add to the affordability and value of living in the society. Additionally, the close proximity of Apollo Hospital, railway station, and schools provides added convenience and accessibility for residents.
Things need improvement
While the society may lack amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, it strives for improvement. Traffic congestion outside the society poses a challenge that needs attention. Furthermore, efforts to enhance cleanliness within the society are warranted for a better living environment.
