This project is excellent, especially since I'm a tenant living in the HUDA builder floor area. It offers great connectivity to both public and private transport, with a metro station just 3.5 km away. The society boasts many small parks, and there's plenty of parking space nearby, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
Living in this area has its challenges. The roads outside the society aren't well maintained, and public transport, especially private buses, can be dirty. Sometimes, traffic jams add to the hassle, and shopping malls aren't close by for convenience. Finding household help like housemaids is also tough here.

This neighborhood is really well-kept, with big rooms and lots of great amenities. There's a nice clubhouse, a gym with all the equipment you need, and a big swimming pool. Kids have plenty of green parks to play in, and security is tight with cameras and guards around all the time. Plus, there are shops right here for groceries and other stuff you might need.
Things need improvement
Living near the airport has its drawbacks, as it can be quite noisy at times. Additionally, the maintenance charges for the area are higher than usual.

One downside of this society is the lack of a proper drainage system, leading to waterlogging issues during rainy days. However, efforts are underway to address this issue. Additionally, the absence of a club and swimming pool are other drawbacks of the society.

Various amenities are available within the premises, and nearby, there are reputable schools and large hospitals for convenience. Additionally, its excellent connectivity via roads and highways makes commuting hassle-free.
Things need improvement
This society has few drawbacks, such as the maintenance cost being slightly high and limited availability of public transport. However, cabs and rentals are readily accessible. Another downside is the distance to the nearest airport, New Delhi, which is approximately 2 hours away.

There were a lot of issues with street dogs in society, and because of that we could not even work in the society and there was only one shop in the society due to which there was a lot of problem. If we wanted to buy some goods, we had to go a long distance.

Maintenance is very bad like team is not cordinate with us.sands falling down from the wall.sometimes leakage are throughout the pipeline and walls are getting seepage issue and leakage issue.

Roads of the society are well maintained, its well gaurded colony with security gaurd at both gate, its also very clean area, local market, shopping comlex and all amenities are available here, there are 3 big parks.

There is no lift in the society, it needs to be improved and metro connectivity is not available.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transportations are easily available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is well connected with market areas nearby and also schools, hospitals are available near the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, CCTV is intalled all over the society, Lifts are properly maintained. Amenities like gym, play area for kids are available, play ground is very big and everything is maintained properly. People are more or less cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the building is average, sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced in the society, In amenities there are no swimmingpool in the society. The buildings are quite big in the society for which paintings take a lot of time sometimes to cover all parts of the society.

This society is truly amazing, surrounded by lush greenery with 5-6 parks/gardens equipped with well-organized swings and exercise machines, perfect for kids and senior citizens alike. The infrastructure is also quite impressive, with facilities conveniently located in every compartment. With around 20-30 guards and comprehensive camera surveillance, safety is a top priority. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a better quality of living.
Things need improvement
Stray dogs entering the society, posing a danger to children and causing inconvenience for residents. Their constant barking at night can be disturbing as well. Despite this challenge, overall, it's still considered a better place to stay.

The area can get crowded due to the large number of cars. The construction is aging, and there hasn't been much modernization done. However, overall, it's still a decent place to live. Shops tend to close early around 9 PM, so for late-night purchases, residents rely on delivery services like Swiggy, Zomato, or Dunzo.

Wonderful neighborhood! Managed well, with lots of greenery and clean roads, it's a pleasant place to be. The ground floors having mini gardens in front and back add to the charm, making it a lovely place to call home.

The build quality is average, but aside from that, everything else about the society is fantastic. While there are only a few shops inside, they do carry most daily essentials. However, adding a swimming pool could significantly enhance the value of this society.

I lived in that society three years ago. The location was excellent, with hospitals, markets, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses within 1km. There was open space, and cleanliness was well-maintained. The society had a private gym, and there was a shopping complex within the community. The people were friendly and nice.
Things need improvement
The building construction, especially the civil portion, was weak, with issues like walls showing signs of weakness and plaster falling off. Piping problems and seepage were prevalent, making wall-mount installations challenging. Unfortunately, there were no amenities like a clubhouse or lifts, and the absence of a swimming pool was notable.

The best thing i like about the society is the ease of connectivity in turms of direct connected roads and easy access through metro as well. other thing is that i have never faced any issues in rainy season like water clotting or something of that sort.

The thing that i dont like is seepage issue baar baar aate rehte haii. though the neighbours do not fight but their are a lot of streat dogs that bite.

Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. No major electricity and water supply issues are faced. In amenities gym, club house, play area for kids are available.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby the society. Swimmingpool is available but it is not functional and maintained properly in the society. The people in the society are average.

I've lived here for a year and this place is without a doubt the best in Gurgaon. Landscaped Gardens, Children's Play Areas, 3-Tier Security, Car Parking, Modular Kitchens, Housekeeping, 24x7 Water Supply, Power Backup, Lawns, and Air Conditioned Homes are just a few of the excellent features they provide. In comparison to other homes in Bangalore, Orchid Island is reasonably priced. You will not be regretful to live here, I assure you.
