The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The gallery and garden are well-maintained, and there's ample parking space for visitors. The gardening area is also commendable, creating a beautiful environment.
Things need improvement
The society requires additional car parking space, as there are occasions when accommodating 10 visitor cars simultaneously becomes challenging.

Mein waha kafi saal raha or mene dekha ke security services waha achi nahi thi or society me jo park tha wo thoda chota tha

The parking space is ample and efficiently managed, leaving enough room to move around comfortably after parking. Additionally, the greenery inside the society is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment.

The maintenance charges in the society are quite high, possibly due to its prime location on Golf Course Road, one of the top roads in Gurgaon. However, these charges can be burdensome for residents.

Living in a gated community with full power backup is quite convenient. The proximity to a hospital, school, and market adds to the convenience. The area has a low-density feel with buildings not towering high, offering a mix of old and new residential properties. Moreover, the low maintenance cost is an added benefit.
Things need improvement
The township is divided into blocks, and each block has its own set of challenges. The Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) for each block operate independently, requiring concerted efforts to address common issues.

This is a secure gated society with CCTV cameras for surveillance. Entry is strictly controlled, requiring proper consent for access. The society is well-lit with digital generators, ensuring no power cuts. Continuous water supply is maintained 24*7. The cleanliness of the society is managed by dedicated cleaning staff. Parks are available for residents to relax in their free time. The location is close to the main area, with major markets like Big Bazaar nearby. Additionally, there is an inside shop offering convenience for buying dairy products like milk, curd, bread, soft drinks, and more.
Things need improvement
One drawback is that the security staff is not very strict in performing their duties, allowing easy entry with just a phone call. The society lacks proper medical and shopping facilities. The back entrance is considered unsafe. Additionally, some buildings do not have lifts, requiring the use of stairs.
