Construction quality is very poor, faulty (poor) building designs, builder does not want to address the faulty design issues for which buyer has to spend from his pocket, you see rainwater seepage at multiple locations of the building. For the safety and security of the residence, CCTV cameras are also present. This project is exceptionally good as you can quickly book a cab or taxi and it reaches you quickly without facing jams. Other facilities are also available here. All major schools, colleges, and institutes are nearby, which further relieves the parents.

All the basic amenities are not properly available nearby. It is a nice project with a beautiful environment in society, but it is still under construction. There are still many more apartments there to be built. Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards, which greatly reduces the fear of any kind of problem for the kids or women.

There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes. The safety and security of the residents are also taken care of well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. The roads are well built and maintained.

The road condition is good with street lights and may install CCTV cameras. All the major schools, colleges, and other facilities like parks, shops, malls, gyms, grocery stores are reachable in a few minutes.
