The presence of large playgrounds and central park with full of greenery adds to the aesthetic of the society. Proximity to schools, hospitals, and malls nearby offers convenience and accessibility. Autos are easily available, providing convenient transportation options despite the society being located a bit on the inner side
Things need improvement
Construction quality has degraded over the years due to the society's age of 20 years, leading to issues such as seepage and leakage. The clubhouse and gym facilities is relatively small compared to modern infrastructure standards

Everything was there in the society and connectivity and maintenance facilities was to notch .
Things need improvement
I do not had any specific complains with the society . but society could provide more ammenities to the residents .

Connectivity of society is good, local transport available. Locality is clean & well maintained.
Things need improvement
Its a locality not a proper society, so there are no CCTV, security services. No facilities either like swimming pool, clubhouse etc.

Metro station is nearby the society, connectivity of the society is also quite good.

Lifts of the society can be improved, facilities can also be accessible to tenants also.

24/7 power and water supply. connectivity is good like cabs,buses and auto easily avialable

The area is great, there are good facilities and availabilities, public transport facilities are great here the metro is near and all over great public transport available here.
Things need improvement
Visitors parking is not there it could be better in this society and the amenities also not in the society. gym and shopping complexes are out side the society.

Good connectivity and market and all are available nearby. Swimming pool and other basic ameneties are available. 800-1000 maintenance cost. construction build quality is very good.
Things need improvement
There are many parking issues in the society. Many pipes were changed and they were kept in the parking space. My vehicle got scratches and a side mirror was broken. The management didn't do much about it.

The area is very clean and hygiene. the streets are well lit. no parking issue in the society, public transport facilities are very good here.
Things need improvement
Amenities are not here like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse facilities not in this society.

This society is in best location and the climate is beautiful ,we have our own individual koti and it is perfect
Things need improvement
Roads of the society should be broomed everyday,and the park is full of big tree so that can be trimmed and be in some moderate size ,maintainace should be improved .

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
A former resident, maintenance was reasonably good. Schools, hospitals and market are closeby and the connectivity is excellent. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are there and well maintained. there is no oissue of water leekage or water logging during monsoon season. Overall the society is a good place to stay in.
Things need improvement
Maintenance can be imporved for the kind of high end society it is.
