अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Quality of the construction was excellent there was no issues regarding seepage .All the modern amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids playa area is there in the society and everything was fully functional in the society.tenants were allowed to use every facilities in the society.Crowd of the people were good and they were very friendly.Allocated parking for owners and visitors was avaiable in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity at time was not good as the society is bit inside from the main road and roads were also that developed at that time.Security system of the society was below average in the society.

Location is plus point. bus, auto stand, schools, colleges and market are near to the society. neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Since there is No leakage or seepage issue in the Construction of the building therefore construction quality is up to the mark. Security is quite efficient. Safe for women’s and kids also at night. Gym is properly maintained.
Things need improvement
Drinking water issue in the society, proper water supply is not available. swimming pool is not present in the society.

Locality was very good like auto stand,bus stand was at walkable distance from the society.crowd of the people is very much decent and friendly.high security system and proper garbage collection in the society.There are water logging and traffic issues in the apartments.
Things need improvement
Society can improve its celebrations of events by cordinating with residents and maintenance of the society can be much better.

Here, connectivity is good as it takes hardly more than a few minutes to reach the bus or auto stand. Taxis and cabs can also get to this neighborhood fast because all public transportation is within walking distance. There are open spaces, gyms, grocery stores, medical stores, ATMs available on the same premises so there is no requirement to go anywhere else to meet the daily basic needs. Still, there are markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, colleges, and other institutes nearby.

At Sparkling Wings, greenery is in abundance and you can feel the fresh air even in your apartment as the ventilation is quite good. Also, the sunlight enters the home which gives a positive feel. The construction of inside as well outside homes is very good. The nearby railway station makes it easier to reach the destination in no time. Also, the bus/auto stand is available within a walking distance. The well-constructed houses and flats and there is no connectivity problem reaching here.
