A serial entrepreneur, Dhruv has started and successfully exited several ventures across a wide spectrum of domains including education, mining and fintech. Dhruv co-founded iTrust Financial Advisors, an online financial advisory and distribution company which was bought by Karvy Private Wealth. Prior to this, he was the CEO of General Electric’s (GE) infrastructure business in India and also led the Institutional Sales function for GE in India.

Dhruv holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern and Stanford University respectively and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Snehil has more than 10 years of experience in various spheres of growth and marketing like branding, performance, SEO, content, product marketing. As the Group Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of the overall growth and marketing strategies of the organization.

Snehil has done his B. Tech and M. Tech from IIT, Bombay.

Vipin comes with more than 17 years of experience and has been a successful entrepreneur and technology leader. He has extensive experience in technology & digital domains with growth and early-stage start-ups. He was also the founder of iEnablers Infosoft. At REA India, he leads the technology function and is on a mission to redefine real estate sector using PropTech.

Vipin has done his engineering from NIT, Warangal and has previously worked with Clickable, Guavus, Huawei Technologies.

Rohit comes with close to two decades of experience in building and growing organizations. He specializes in creating result oriented and metric driven HR processes and teams, that are guided by the principles of customer centricity and ownership of tasks. He also takes pride in building workplaces that are recognized for their culture and people practices by the Great Place to Work Institute consistently.

Prior to this role, Rohit has been in senior level positions at UTi Worldwide Inc., MakeMyTrip, Aviva India Life Insurance, and Citifinancial Consumer Finance successfully delivering results for the Human Resource function.

Vikas has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisition, Investor Relations, Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Structuring and Risk Management. In his last stint, Vikas was Head of Finance, iTrust Financial Advisors Pvt Ltd. He started his career as an advisor in Grant Thornton and worked across their offices in Dallas, Dubai, and Delhi.

Vikas is a Chartered Accountant from India and Certified Public Accountant from Colorado State, USA. Additionally, he is also a Certified Business Valuer from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Sangeet has more than 9 years of experience in leading product and technology for growth and early-stage ventures. Previously, he founded his own venture in proptech, and created a category-defining edtech product, used globally. At REA India, he heads product and design and is passionate about changing the way people find their dream home.

Sangeet is a graduate from IIT Delhi.

Amit is a seasoned business leader with 20 years of experience in sales and business development. As the Business Head of Housing.com and Makaan.com, he is responsible for spearheading revenue and growth across the two brands.

An alumnus of Delhi University, Amit has worked with leading brands like MagicBricks.com, Religare Securities, ABN, Standard Chartered, etc., in areas linked to sales and strategy.
