Good things here
Society has good connectivity as there are railway station and bus stop even metro near by the society.Quality of the construction is really great as there are no issues regarding seepage till now.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc available in the society.High security system like there are my gate facilities in the society.Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
As we have extension in the balcony and there are no bird net till now in the society due to which it is very inconvenient to clean regularaly mess created by birds and we cant pour water as well.power back up facilities are not available in the society.

Good things here
Roads outside the society is of good quality and during rainy season there is no water logging issues.Quality of the construction is really excellent,rooms are spacious and well designed.Connectivity of the apartment is good local transport is easy to approach near by the society.There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society.24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society.High security system ,kids and senior citizen are safe inside the society.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.Crowd of the people is quite decent and educated.
Things need improvement
Charges for the maintenance facilities are at bit higher side compare to other society.Parking area is limited in the society as some of the residents has to park outside the society.Power back up is available for common areas only.

Good things here
Construction of the society is Excellent as till now there are no issues regarding Seepage in the society.There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society.Cleaniness is good,time to time garbage collection is done in the society.All the essentials facilities are available near by the society.Attentive managing commitee to resolve issues of the residents.Lift are very well maintained.High security system as there are intercom facilities in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity with local transport facilities is good but there are no good schools near by the society.Railway station is far away from the society.There are some charges to use the amenities.

Good things here
The atmosphere here is very pleasant, and we have excellent essential facilities for our day-to-day life. Public transport like rickshaws and buses are easily accessible, and there are shopping malls, clubs, libraries, and other amenities just a few steps away. Everything is well-maintained and hygienic, making it a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
In some areas, there's a significant amount of garbage accumulation, which can be concerning. However, it's reassuring that cleaning efforts are underway, which is a positive sign.

Good things here
Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. This society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, park and all amenities are at it's best and maintained properly. neighbours are also friendly and cooperative. The society is quite spacious and best for living.
Things need improvement
Overall everything about this society is very good and properly maintained, no such improvements are required here.

Good things here
The environment here is very friendly, and the equipment, like the lifts, are in good condition. I haven't noticed any cracks in the building so far, which is a positive sign. Parking facilities are good, and overall, the society is great. The gym is also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Overall, you find everything to be great, and you have no complaints personally.

Good things here
Auto,cabs,public transport facilities are easy to approach.Society is neat and clean,good security system has been adopted.Good celebration of festivals and friendly environment in the society.Proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.
Things need improvement
Overflow of sewers issues were there due to which water logging issue accured.This is old construction so there are cracks on the walls.there are no amenities present in the society.No allocated parking space for resident,first come fisrt serve system has been adopted.

Public transport like railway station,bus stop.metro was quite far away from the society but you can approach local transport easily.

Good things here
The clubhouse offers top-notch facilities for every sport. The roads are well-maintained, and there are no power cuts. Additionally, public transport is readily available at all times.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the lack of a nearby playground, and the public garden is unmaintained.

Hiranandani Medows offers a tranquil environment with essential amenities conveniently located nearby. It's an ideal place to live with family, and you'll thoroughly enjoy it. The area boasts several renowned schools, hospitals, markets, banks, and excellent restaurants within close proximity. Additionally, the D-mart shopping center is just a 2-minute walk away, and Kids Rainbow School is conveniently located opposite the colony.
Things need improvement
The room sizes are a bit small. The maintenance charges are excessively high. The prices of the flats are also quite steep.
